It was such a hot day, so I came in the afternoon to study for a few hours. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, and the staff even offered me a little treat. Such a thoughtful gesture! Loved the experience here.

This has been my go-to location for some time. I ordered pick up, and in my order I ordered a lot of raspberry pearls in my drink. When I eventually started drinking my drink after I left the store, I realized not a single pearl was in there! The order accuracy here must be going downhill. I reached out to corporate and they were of no help. I have never had an order accuracy issue here before, but how can you miss an order with 12 scoops of pearls? If you want your order done right, not sure if this is the right location to go to any more.

I came into Starbucks around 5:30 PM with my daughter and had such a great experience! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and everything—from the service to the atmosphere—was amazing. The staff was super friendly, both the female and male baristas went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
They were so kind to my daughter—it was her favorite part of the day! They even gave her a cake pop, which completely made her smile. The whole experience felt so warm and personal. My drink was made quickly and exactly how I like it—sweet, creamy, and refreshing.
The store was clean, the vibe was relaxed, and the energy from the team made it a positive visit. Honestly, it’s those little moments of kindness that make a huge difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Never have I been so mistreated by a Starbucks employee who couldn't do enough to be rude. I came in at 6:30 p.m. to enjoy my Starbucks drink was my plan, and sit and read my book while I enjoyed my drink. I wanted to use the restroom and then place my order however the shift lead Aaron was undeniably rude. He refused to allow me to use the restroom and said this is now corporate policy which is a bunch of malarkey. I literally went to Starbucks 3 days ago and had no problem. I will not be coming back here.
Cat, you need to get your people in hand. That's how you treat customers who have been loyal to Starbucks for years? Seriously??

They deny me to use the restroom I've been a Starbucks client for a while but I'll never go back, at early in the morning I got a coffee in another Starbucks but they didn't let me use the rest room in brea without buying another coffee so I bought a coffee and I threw it away I'll never go to Starbucks again

I purchased a $100 gift card here, only to find out it was empty. After spending 30 minutes on their customer service line, they told me to check with the store. I went back to the store, and they still refused to resolve the issue. So much hassle for nothing—worst service ever!

I came with my friend to get some coffee, bread and relax, while doing some computer work, at 20:07 I tried using their bathroom and I was denied access as I was told it was closed for the night, Erin told me I could go across the lot to use a restroom somewhere else. I got very upset for the reason that they won’t close until 21:00. What a ridiculous experience after drinking a cup of coffee and a venti cup Of tea. lol
