Never have I been so mistreated by a Starbucks employee who couldn't do enough to be rude. I came in at 6:30 p.m. to enjoy my Starbucks drink was my plan, and sit and read my book while I enjoyed my drink. I wanted to use the restroom and then place my order however the shift lead Aaron was undeniably rude. He refused to allow me to use the restroom and said this is now corporate policy which is a bunch of malarkey. I literally went to Starbucks 3 days ago and had no problem. I will not be coming back here.

They deny me to use the restroom I've been a Starbucks client for a while but I'll never go back, at early in the morning I got a coffee in another Starbucks but they didn't let me use the rest room in brea without buying another coffee so I bought a coffee and I threw it away I'll never go to Starbucks again

I purchased a $100 gift card here, only to find out it was empty. After spending 30 minutes on their customer service line, they told me to check with the store. I went back to the store, and they still refused to resolve the issue. So much hassle for nothing—worst service ever!

I came with my friend to get some coffee, bread and relax, while doing some computer work, at 20:07 I tried using their bathroom and I was denied access as I was told it was closed for the night, Erin told me I could go across the lot to use a restroom somewhere else. I got very upset for the reason that they won’t close until 21:00. What a ridiculous experience after drinking a cup of coffee and a venti cup Of tea. lol

Use to be a cool place to get coffee but now after they revamped the place it sucks now. Too small and overcrowded now. Can't even stand in there without feeling claustrophobic.

I love this Starbucks go here every morning. Everyone is usually really friendly. I gave it 4 stars because today had my first unfriendly encounter. Typically I wouldn't take the time to do this but it really bothered me. Aaron was really rude so much so another customer asked me what had happened. I think he needs to be trained in customer service!

It is getting ridiculously expensive for mediocre folks.
The old design of this starbuck seemed more inviting. You had places to sit and able to enjoy your cup of joe. Now it's smaller less inviting. Not much room to relax with your drink. What a way to "update" this location. Service was awesome like always.
