I use door dash frequently and store 121- across from baskin Robbin’s and home goods make the drinks for Brea. My drinks are always screwed up. Something forgotten etc… I called and spoke to BRISON, and he refused to send an order again to replace the wrong order. Useless STARBUCKS!!!😕

Giving atmosphere a5 because I ordered on the app so I didn't stay. My hot coffee was not double cupped which normally I don't care but when I got to my destination my cup holder had coffee in it as the base was leaking. I ordered extra creamer which was not there. I rarely come here but it's always something.

Popped into Starbucks at a great location and loved how quick everything was! Staff were super friendly, and my Caramel Macchiato came out in no time- perfect for a little pick-me-up. Definitely a spot I’d stop by again!

The Starbucks in Hemet, require a double cup policy because the cups are flimsy for hot coffee, I literally just had my vehicle detailed inside and out and when I grabbed coffee from this place it was single cupped and when I put it in my cup holder the lid popped off and then ensued coffee all over my vehicle.
The employees are super cool and gave me a new coffee but the mess alone in my vehicle is unfortunate.

Jill (manager) was terrible didn’t have any information when asked and wouldn’t give me a water. I told her it’s hot and I’m thirsty she said sorry. Very sad and I made a purchase online bit she said doesn’t count.

I went to this location to order an ice water. I have always enjoyed water from Starbucks because it is refreshing. The associate Mel told me when placing my ice water order that he could not serve me an ice water. I then asked why and he said company policy doesn’t allow for ice water unless there is a purchase. Now, I was willing to pay for my water however that was not offered. Furthermore when I asked if I could pay for a cup for the water, I was told no. The supervisor Bryson that came out after I asked to spend with a manager, also did not try to accommodate me in any way with the exception of passing along the District Managers business card. Needless so say, I nor my kids will not come Back to this store.

It was such a hot day, so I came in the afternoon to study for a few hours. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, and the staff even offered me a little treat. Such a thoughtful gesture! Loved the experience here.
