Worst service ever.
Drive thru time was very long just to order and long to get my food, only for me to get home and be missing half my order.
Fiance called the store, they refused to issue a refund unless we came back in person. I called myself, Angel the manager said the same thing.

Staff messed up my order and won’t fix their mess. Absolutely horrible service.

No counter service. Forced to use kiosk. Screw that. If they don't force drive through to use a kiosk, why force your walk-in customers to use it?

10/10 would recommend this location. Staff was friendly and very helpful when I was having issues with my order and they got everything all squared away quickly and painlessly.

I rarely write bad reviews but, I feel like most of the people at this Taco Bell location don't care. The crispy chicken burrito was 90% cabbage and they chicken they used was so tiny and one of them was so overcooked unfortunately I couldn't finish it. I know it's hard working food/retail, but could they at least just not overcook half of it to the point where you can't eat it. Especially because prices are going up. I really feel like no care was put into the making of the burrito. Also if you go inside to order and pay cash it takes longer than if you pay with card.

It's the only Taco Bell that sells the Luxe Craving Box for $5.99. GREAT JOB to sticking to nationwide commercial advertised Price! It's definitely a corporate owned store.

This place is the worst I'm sitting her only 2 people and it's so far taking 20min and still no food!!! 40$ for nothing. I stood at the counter while 3 employees jst looked at me not one asked if I needed help...DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO EAT YOU WILL NEVER GET UR FOOD...

10/10, would totally recommend this location! Okay so, lemme start by saying I don’t normally hit up Taco Bell because I feel like quality has taken a dive since like its heyday. But we drove through at a little before 8:03pm tonight. I looked because I knew I was gonna write this review…

We each ordered a Doritos Locos Taco (Supreme) and a Nacho Fries (Large). We rounded up for charity. The girl at the speaker/window was literally super sweet & made it very easy for us. An equally happy bearded dude (with a beard guard, mind you!) handed her the food & it was all pretty friendly. Like they don’t hate each other & their jobs. (It happens, okay?!) She hands us the food & we dip. As we’re driving, food gets distributed & unwrapped … first bites are taken.

*GASP* Literally the MOST delicious Taco Bell experience in YEARS! Doritos shells? Crunchy and perfectly powdered, intact af. Lettuce, fresh and perfect amount. Tomatoes? Plump, cut evenly, and NOT mushy. Cheese, expertly sprinkled. Sour cream? Centered and even. Nacho Fries? Seasoned evenly and seemed super fresh. These were like the *original* Doritos Locos tacos of like the 2010s - new & fresh & carefully crafted!

Total package. Would come here again, FOR SURE! Kudos to this team, if we could have tipped … we would have DRIVEN BACK to do it.

was waiting for 20+ mins for my order assuming they would set it down on the mobile order spot. They have no sign saying otherwise. No one acknowledged me as i was staring for over 20 minutes. food was cold by the time i followed suit of another guest and asked for it. Add a sign or get rid of the mobile order pick up spot.

Always check your order before you leave. I go there once a week and almost every time I'm missing one or two items. Don't plan on ordering at the register with a person taking your order. It's all done by kiosk. Good luck trying to get anyone's attention if you need assistance or even if you're there to pick up your order. The employees are focused on food preparation and managing the drive-thru.

My order was accurate and I was greeted upon arrival and departure. The drive thru was exceptionally slow, and I was handed my drink that was overfilled and dripping.

This taco bell is really bad. Every time we order ahead, and give them like 15 minutes to make the order, we show up to pick the order up and they still haven’t started it. They don’t have any idea about any online orders that were made unless you tell them about it. Bad. This happened 6 times already at this location.

I’m veg and love a black bean crunchwrap from time to time. This Taco Bell put meat in it, from an ONLINE order where every ingredient is written out incredibly clearly and says “black bean crunch wrap”. I have never had this happen, absolutely ridiculous. If they do this, who knows what else they’re doing back there. Avoid.

I wasted 15 minutes in this drive thru. I pull up to the menu and she says sorry we're not taking orders. No more taco bell. Brea and Orange County sucks so bad these days.
