Our Server was not at he's Greatest at all , we Had to ask multiple times for refills our food took a little longer due to being pretty busy on Saturday understanding of that , But it's up to a Server to let you know the situation , Remember as a Server you always keep on smile on and realize it's going to be Hectic sometimes , just got to deal with it , most of all I realized that other sever our not on the same team very Disappointed to see that , means there just concern about their own tips by not wanting to help out thier coworkers .

We had a dinner ordered buffalo wing chicken was so small like a crackers.Mini burger was dry and burned.We ordered salads and pasta took literally 30 minutes came out was pricie but not worth of they charge. For appetizer chicken wing no meat but bone, couple of pieces $17.95. Later waitress brought gratuity 22%I don't think so, No checking for customer during dining. After pendemic and price went up with supplies restaurant food is horrible.

The truth was it was my first time but the only thing I liked was my tiramisu dessert.... the service was not bad but not what I expected and it seems silly to me that they have three or 4 people in front just to seat people and they don't even have the quality of helping you pay your Bill because with the attitude they gave me I was able to leave without paying; but because I am a person with morals I didn't do it....but I think they should have a little more customer service in front of them!!! I'm a waitress and I'm used to doing many things at the same time and I don't act the same way. But when you pay they force you to give a percentage of tips, they should make an effort to do so.

It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been back to the Cheesecake Factory. We had the pleasure of having Joseph Golden attend to our dining experience and we are definitely making this one of our favorite places to be. Joseph went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience and it just made our birthday even better. Thank you Joseph and to the Cheesecake Factory in Brea for great food, fun atmosphere and great choice in selecting their employees that do a great job in representing the restaurant with 1st class.

Bad experience with take out here. They forgot to give us utensils. Also the take out salad is tiny compared to eating salad in the restaurant (see picture below). Why is this chicken Caesar salad $21.90? Please avoid salad take out, and always double check your bags for utensils. Dining in experience is much better.

The food was just so-so this time. Everything else was absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was super fun.
First time at eating at this location. We had a big party of 12 so we had a bit of a wait which was understandable. Plus it was raining so there was no available seating outdoors on the patio. I ordered the Tuscan Chicken. It was really good. Had the caramal pecan cheesecake as well which was decadent. Nice ambiance and the staff was friendly too.
