Overpriced and not good. Ordered a BLT, was 1 slice bacon, 1 piece lettuce, 1 slice tomato on small dry bagel for $12. I thought Panera was skimpy- ha!

Bacon Egg and Cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel was absolute fire. 10/10 recommended. Closest thing to an east coast BEC I’ve had in California

Love the choices of bagels and coffee. A bagel for a fulfilling breakfast here is a great way to start the day

Kind owner/staff! Not sure if they always give such grace to mom's struggling to carry tons of bags and a child but the man who helped me out this morning made my day! Excellent banana bread and my bagel was perfectly toasted. My coffee came with a if you like" refill not sure if this was all the time (I didn't need one) but it was a nice gesture of kindness! Thank you! This restroom was clean and stroller friendly!

plain bagel, regular cream cheese, lox, $13. they must really need the money for these dry ash bagels, pulling loop holes to charge dis much for food. jalapeno chedda bagel turkey samich $10. if you live around here yk where else to go.

7dollars for a medium cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. Was so hot we couldn't drink it for 20 minutes. Was full to top of cup with very blonde coffee. If there'd been any foam it would have been lighter and not so full. Not that hard to do. Bagel with cream cheese okay

This place is a complete rip-off! Be careful of hidden fees. I got two Eggwich with Meat & Cheese breakfast sandwiches. It starts at $8.50 but they charge $0.50 for "specialty bagel" which is basically a plain bagel with a piece of cheese on top, $1.50 for croissant instead bagel, and $4 for adding two extremely thin pieces of bacon. Pathetic! Total came out to ~$15 for croissant sandwich with extra bacon and ~$10 for pesto bagel sandwich. The sandwiches were so tiny as though it was meant for a small child. Tiny enough to belong on the dollar menu at McDonald's. Also, the customer service at this place was subpar. I highly recommend going to Willy's Bagel down the block instead. So much better in every way. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. You can get the Ultimate Breakfast which has egg, bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese on any bagel for ~$9. This was my first and last time coming here.

So very rude, i went in, very happy, positive attitude and has some questions With every question she got more upset and when i finally picked what i wanted, which took like 2 minutes, i asked to add 2 veggies which irritated her obviously. Then she looks right at me and says, this is yours. I get home and there is only tomatoes and cream cheese inside, which nobody at all ordered while i was in the store, so she made this just to give me the wrong one. I ordered 2 extra veggies which cost me extra money, and she told me that too when i asked for them. Anyway i go to call her and she doesn't give me a chance to finish and says, "it's right here" i tell her i'm on the way to san francisco, and she jus says, "it's right here, come get it, it's right here". So if you go into this store with a very happy face and talk with positivity, this elephant of a women, will respond with the upmost rudeness you can expect from an employee working there. I did not get a sorry or anything to get a free one later or a refund or anything, very rude, my whole day is ruined i can't stop being upset. Please fire her, please.

First I've got to say how crazy it is that I live in Tracy and usually Hit The Bagel Street Cafe out there I get almost the same sandwich at least every other day and pay $9.47 for a three meet breakfast sandwich on toasted bagel. Comes with three different Meats, egg, cheese and a toasted bagel of your choice. Had to go to Brentwood today so I stopped at The Bagel Street Cafe there and for the same sandwich they wanted to charge me almost $15. I ended up just getting a one meater which was the same price I pay in Tracy for a 3 meater. I wouldn't have a complaint because you either get it or you don't get it, right.... but when I go to open up my sandwich there's hardly any bacon in there and they didn't even toast the bagel...it was almost like they were pissed off I didn't want to pay $15 for a three meat sandwich and decided to give me a half a** made sandwhich. I don't want to think like that but the way companies are nowadays I find it hard to believe that I'm paying almost $10 for a small amount of meat and a half-made sandwich as in do you really not toast your bagels when you're making a breakfast sandwich?? I would think that's common sense but maybe it's not maybe some people like it not toasted but that's something they should ask. Or at least for now on I guess that's something I have to request. Definitely won't be hitting this Bagel Street Cafe again
