Chicken wings was way to hard couldn’t even bite them, once I called to speak to a manager an employee named Michael told me they didn’t have anyone in charge and that it is nothing they can do in the store for me because they don’t do refunds or make anything over. If I wanted something done I would have to reach out to the corporate email. Michael was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Literally was a waste of $28. Most definitely will make this my last time coming to this one.

I’m so disappointed that quality of the food went down. I’ve had so many Bonchon locations but last night, my wings were so dry and tuff and my tteokboki was so bad. Some rice cakes were dried up, like it was old, and the deep fried seaweed roll was burnt and couldn’t even bite into it. Waste of $60 and we ended up throwing it away.

Awesome people. Quick service and yummy food. It is great to see that after coming to the west cost the chicken still taste the same :)

They don’t take phone orders that is just ridiculous!!!
So when I came into to order my food the one man working the counter was on the phone I guess confirming an Uber online order and had to continue to wait for at least 5 mins before he can take my order. I asked if someone else can help me pointing to the back kitchen area and he said no they don’t speak English I am the only one. Thankfully my food didn’t take super long to make.
But last time I was there it did! They seem to be way understaffed!! And the only man working there was not friendly at all!
Think it’s just ridiculous they can’t take over the phone orders….! And when I called to place an order over the phone the man was very rude about and just hung up saying bye and that was it!!
Also not to mention the prices are way too too expensive for what u get…
I ordered the Japchae and there was barely any meat in it, w tons of onions and bell peppers. My husband looked at my dish and said did they even give u any meat in it…!!!
They are just way overpriced for the amount of food u get or quality really!
I think this will prob be my last time eating there even though I did love the Japchae the clear noodles where my fav but with everything else I think I am going to have to pass on this place now!

Best fry chicken ordered the spicy chicken ? absolutely delicious and crunchy. If you like your chicken juicy from the inside and a nice crunch on the outside, this is the place to go. They also have non spicy flavors.

I now know what the Sugar Hill Gang meant when dude said “Ever went over a friends house to eatAnd the food just ain't no good?I mean the macaroni's soggy, the peas are mushed,And the chicken tastes like wood” worst fried chicken sandwich I think I’ve ever had.

I honestly liked the rice better than the chicken wings. The chicken wings taste bland and the chicken strips were average the fries were dry and unseasoned. Food is over priced as well.

Small place. Delicious food. There was only two tables there but I imagine that this is more of a "take out" place. Again, the food was delicious. I would go again.

A takeout place. Excellent chicken, unique tastes and very high quality compared to the other wing chains in the Antioch-Brentwood area.However it is pretty pricey, that $$ is there for a reason. Recommend only if you've got cash to burn.
