I ordered take out this visit. I have dined in at this location before and it was good but today I ordered for pick up. I ordered 60 wings, 7 or 8 flavors. All the wings were dry and tasted old. I guess when you order for pick up they get rid of the old left overs. Terrible , terrible wings, all of them. Never returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. I can see why they may be closing them down soon. Many new restaurants with way better wings.

Service was the worst I've seen by far from cashier to manager. Before you tell a customer they must eat all of there food when you are not serving all you can eat buffet is insane... lawsuit filed first thing in the morning. Will continue to support wingstop 😋 never will me or my family eat at Buffalo Wild Wing again

Ah, Buffalo Wild Wings—the oasis of sauce-smeared bliss where we could temporarily escape the chaos of parenthood and pretend we were a carefree couple again. With the kids safely at home, we entered like spies on a top-secret mission: Operation “Get Sauced and Pretend We’re Fun.”

The moment we plopped down in the booth, we exchanged the “let’s act like adults” nod. First up? Drinks! There’s something liberating about ordering a giant margarita that makes all your parenting woes temporarily evaporate. I mean, who needs to worry about scheduled bedtime when you’re living large on the edge of happy hour?

As we scrolled through the menu, deliberating over wing flavors, the thrill of freedom set in. “Should we go with Mango Habanero or Medium?” I asked, feeling dangerously adventurous. The only thing spicier than our wings that night was the heat of our inner single selves coming back to life! The streaks of sauce dribbled down our fingers as we devoured the wings, both of us fully committed to making the messiest of memories.

And let’s talk about the ambiance—each table buzzed with excitement, laughter, and the occasional shouts of “Go team!” It felt like we were part of a raucous fraternity dedicated to poor life choices and incredible flavor. And the best part? No one was tugging at our sleeves asking for snacks or bathroom breaks!

Mid-meal, we locked eyes, and for a blissful moment, we weren’t parents; we were two singles on a date, trying to remember how to flirt over a shared plate of wings. Our conversation flowed from nervous laughter to “Remember when we used to stay out late?” It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, topped off with beer and the realization that, yes, we were still kind of fun under all the parenting duties!

As the evening wound down, we begrudgingly returned to reality. We gathered our leftovers like precious treasures to share with the kids—because real parenting never stops, even when you’re trying to escape it. At least we had a night of wings, laughs, and the fleeting sensation of being irresponsible adults.

In conclusion, Buffalo Wild Wings is the perfect place to reconnect, devour copious amounts of wings, and momentarily forget about reality. If you need a break from the kiddos (even if just for a few hours), grab your partner, hit this wing haven, and relive those “single days”—one saucy bite at a time!

Management does not respond to poor service and issues regarding take out service. Dine in experience adequate. I will not be returning as the Brentwood restaurant does not care enough to address issues. Raw wings smothered in sauce is unacceptable and not good safety conscious.Shame for the lack of follow up with customers.

We had a server who was super rude pointing at our table of 7 and telling all of the workers bad things about us and slamming his hand on our table while taking our order and just putting things on our table as if he wanted to throw it we weren't rude at all and super paitent with everything that came to the table even though we had to send almost everything back because almost everything was wrong and instead of being rude or angry how we shouldve been while he talked bad about us making a whole scene we were nice and paitent we didnt speak spanish all night but when we left they assumed we did and made a comment to us. The other male worker made a comment "since he fixed everything hopefully everything is fine now" as if we are some rude bother these two men were rude and had the rest of the servers point and talking and staring at us all night. I've never experienced such rude service in my life. I work in customer service I could never do that to people. The audacity and rudeness of these two servers were uncalled for. Hopefully next time if we ever come back they don't do this to us again. Anyways the food was really yummy and the drinks but the service was horrible.

Met with family for lunch and had a good time. We had a 3 year old and 5 year old with us, and it was the perfect place for them as well. Food was good and so was the service. Clean as well.

Name a best combo that's better than wings and beer? You can't because It's non-existent.

Now add great customer service, great beer selection and awesome atmosphere to that!!

I ordered dinner for my family and was missing my side dishes. I called and informed them that I was missing items, and they told me I could come in and get them or call back later. If I could have or wanted to pick up my food, I would not have had it delivered in the first place. Furthermore, the issue should have been addressed immediately. On top of all of this, one of my tacos had short dark curly hair in it. Needless to say, when I am in the area, I will no longer patronize this location.

07/12/2024 730pm I went in with my disabled spouse. Location was slow. We were immediately sat at a table, then 17 minutes later after being passed by 2 female and one male waiter/waitress with not even eye contact or a smile being shared. I went to the front and asked the hostess to allow me to order with her. She declined because it was not a to go order. She then went to get us a waitress... who she stated would be Jessica (blonde with braids) and that waitress looked over and shook her head NO and then hostess spoke to another long-blonde haired young man, who again ignored us. After a 24-minute wait we finally got a newly arrived waitress "Jenessa" who was a delight to work with. Our food came out fast and was delicious we tipped her over 55% for her hospitality. I want to make this post because I feel like the BWW facility as a whole should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of customer service and hospitality the wait staff showed at this location. I was a waitress for over 10 years through high school and college and am appalled at the way my spouse and I were treated. -Disabilities are not contagious and people should not be treated any differently. Any staff member could have even just offered water while we waited for them to figure out who was going to serve us. -SMDH disappointed lady Angela L.

Parking: Handicap parking was available and helpful. There is less than ample parking directly in front of the building but an overabundance just to the left of building entrance.

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility was good. however, we were seated at a booth (i prefer) but disabled husband prefers a table. so perhaps staff should ask a preference when a person has a visible disability
