Worst customer service ever! The stupid lady told me we donāt have ice black coffee! I told her why you then are selling ice black coffee on the kiosks. She is like we donāt have access to kiosk info. I asked for a manager and she didnāt pass me to one. I returns the drink and didnāt even get refund. Save your money going to those low cheap trash take away!

If you are reviewing a menu online, you should not have to have an app to order any meal for the price listed. Itās false advertisement and itās ridiculous! A manager that does not honor their business menu and argues with a consumer is not doing their job. This will be reported to the corporate office and we will never frequent Burger King in Brentwood. Itās a scam and itās overwhelmingly disappointing.

So.... The cashier could hardly explain in English what came on a hamburger or what I wanted. I did tell her I had not been to BK in years . I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and apparently she rang me up for that and an extra bag of nuggets. I suspect because she really did seem to understand or speak English?? The hamburger was soggy and zero flavor. I asked for some mustard packets, they said they did not have any. I find it remarkable that a hamburger joint doesn't have mustard. After some pressure and amazment, she said she has to ask someone if I could at least have Honey mustard. The fries were so salty that it fell off into the tray. I literally had to wipe off the salt and I love salty fries but that was way over the top. Just a bad experience. I have not eaten at a burger king in many years, now I know why. The tables were dirty too. The lunch hour line picked up and one lady stood off to the side of the counter and didn't even open a register to take orders. They also were just chit chatting before the crowd when they could have been wiping down the tables, I suspect the rags would be dirty too.

Always out of product, slow service, inconvenient location, being in a super tight spot for parking and the drive thru, always missing items, and most recently out of meat. Imagine a place called Burger King being out of the 1 major ingredient that pulls in revenue....MEAT. I mean come man. They are always either out of meat or chicken. Something has to be done about the lack of leadership running this place before they are forced to close down indefinitely.

The Norma was vary nice to me and my son. Is was very accommodating and helpful.
