I've been using coupons for like 4 months. These burgers reminded me of my childhood when I first bit into a burger at BK?!! weird. The burgers have to have MSG? (Just kidding). It's so delicious! I picked them over JACK, MD.... etc. I think they are better than IN n Out! My opinion. The consistency is great. Have not failed me yet.

Ordered online, staff forgot to include the cups for drinks (had someone else pick up orders). I paid extra for the drinks and since I ordered online they claimed they were unable to issue refund. Online customer service never responded after a week. Despite ordering online the location should issue refund for their error.

This is the worst Carl's Jr experience I've ever had. I don't want hamburger buns saturated with bleach water. My food taste like chemicals. And I do have my recipe. Whomever the owner is, you have a serious problem at your establishment. I will never eat here again... Their gonna get someone really sick!!!

By far, the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to as far as the food goes. Seems to be a challenge for them to put any hot food out. I love it when I can taste a criss cut that sat for hours.

Carl's Jr has gone way down including this one. Every other time I get a hamburger. Always hoping for the old Carl's Jr flavor.
Food was good but didn't taste "char" broiled...tasted like it had been in a heating bin for a while. Tables where dirty and no ketchup ...paid way too much for mediocre burger....lumpys would cost about the same but better. Meat would not been over cooked and would be fresher cooked.

On my lunch break and wanted to get something quick. Was told to hang on for a minute by the guy working the drive thru. He apparently forgot because after 10 mins I had to say hello again to get my order taken. It's not busy, there was one person in line ahead of me. So much for a quick lunch break.

All the staff at this location you can’t understand them, they dont speak English fluently so annoying when you trying to order food and they can’t understand what you trying to say and then have the nerve to mad at you smdh they shouldn’t be taking
