Waikiki Hawaiian BBQ

I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl. I asked for a glass of water and the guy refused to give me water he says I have to buy the bottled water. In any restaurant when somebody asks you for a glass of water they're supposed to give it to you. Even McDonald's gives you water. The guy refused to give me water I was shocked because I paid for a meal it's not like I just walked in there and says let me just get a cup of water.

I just wish they used a different type of cut of Beef or maybe more tender and Juicy.
It was a bit dry.
The Teriyaki Sauce Helped.

The Short Ribs were good and tender.
Maybe More Rice than that Tiny Scoop.

The Macaroni was ok as well.

This location is not person friendly, I had a group of intellectual disabled individuals we came for lunch but because 1 of my people had lunch from another place , we were told he could not eat his lunch in the restaurant even tho the rest of us were buying lunch. I will never frequent this location again and do not recommend

Service was unfriendly and guy behind counter acted like he would rather be doing anything else. Ribs were tough. Lau Lau nothing special. Very bland.

Our family loves this place! Great food and very affordable. They give you a lot of food! Definitely a must try!

We walked in on a whim. Lots of dashers, etc picking up and was told the wait was about 15 min, even though the restaurant was empty. The food looked great. But, the shrimp was pounded flat as was the fish making it appear larger than it really was. The breading was the same on both so the fish and the shrimp all tested the same overwhelming breading flavor. The short ribs were chewy and fatty. The rice was so sticky it was almost pasty. The noodle side was good, but I don't think it was made in house. I don't advise eating here.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family at this Hawaiian restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering recommendations and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our meal. The food was out of this world—especially the grilled mahi-mahi, which was flaky, tender, and bursting with flavor. The coconut rice paired perfectly with it. The ambiance was inviting, with island-themed decorations, tiki torches, and a casual yet lively vibe. It truly felt like a tropical getaway, and I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Food is always good but this isn’t the first time they forgot the sauce for my order. My husband just came home with our food and had to go back because they forgot the katsu sauce. On top of him waiting 15 min after they said the order was ready, the sauce was forgotten and my sons food ended up being cold anyway

Very poor customer service wants 1.00 per bbq sauce for Togo order my bbq plate was already 20.00 they have all sauces on tables for free for dine in only!!!! Wont return to this location extra for forks to eat the food you sold me extra extra extra charges for only Togo customers

I've been craving a Cheeseburger for a while but looking for a specific type and taste. I ordered one today from here with no lettuce and it was absolutely amazing! The quality was totally worth the price. Thank you
