Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in today for a burrito around 9:45, an hour and 15 before closing. First thing I’m told by an employee is that they are out of all meat besides chicken, no white rice, no lettuce, no beans, basically everything but peppers, chicken, cheese and some other toppings. And it’s not because they didn’t have the ingredients, it’s because they decided to clean/close the kitchen for the night AN HOUR EARLY. How are you gonna stop making food for the night when you still got a long line and have people’s money to take? $20 for a burrito and drink is crazy but if I can’t at least get what I want on it then I ain’t gonna stick around 😭 no disrespect to the employees, they’re just doing their job, but whoever runs management there needs to follow their operation times posted on the door. Even having added a “now open till 11pm” sticker to the door makes me laugh when clearly it means jack.

It was close to closing time and the place was crazy packed. I was impressed by how well the staff kept it together and still took care of every single person. The food was delish. No complaints at all. I did eavesdrop on a dramatic venting session but it reminded me of an episode of Below Deck. Honestly, gurl, I get it. I was super pulled in and it was awesome entertainment. 5 stars all the way. Love this place. It deserves better than the average 3.1 rating that it currently has.

THIS STORE CHARGED ME AND WAS UNABLE TO FULFILL MY ORDER!

I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. They were out of taco shells and so I couldn’t get my order.

When I asked for a refund they told me there’s nothing they can do except give me flour which we are allergic too. They refused a refund… didn’t offer a gift card or a free meal. NOTHING! The manager was HORRIBLE! Basically told me it was my problem and there’s nothing they could do.

In the end I filed a police report bc that was what I needed to get a refund from my bank. The store refused me any documentation showing that the order wasn’t fulfilled and they marked it completed.

Shameful business practices and highly unethical. I guess we’re stealing from our customers now? For the MANAGER to be of zero help or concern was MIND BLOWING to say the least.

Who’s really in charge of this place?

Son ordered chicken Quesadilla and they gave us burnt one. It's completely burnt and crisp. It's 30 min round trip. I didn't opt for the receipt and customer support said they can't do anything. Extremely disappointed.

This place has consistently gotten our orders wrong and does not give decent sized portions of meat. This last time was the worst. I had 5 small chunks of chicken in my $11 quesadilla. What a joke!

I dont usually write reviews but this chipotle has steadily gotten worse. My wife loves her burrito bowls and today was the last time we order from that one. Her bowl barely came with any protein. It was a bunch of peppers then everything else with chicken being the last . My tacos today were actually cold. How could they be cold when I picked them up in the 10 minutes you said it would be ready. This store is the only one I have these complaints with and it sucks cause it the one we have finally gotten in brentwood. Disappointed

Numerous times me and my family would come back to this chipotle just to give a second chance however we would always wait around 15-20 minutes just for someone to notice and multiple times have they messed up our orders

I’m not sure if the people here are the dumbest restaurant workers ever or if they do it on purpose but always make sure you double and triple check your orders from this newer Brentwood location I have not gotten one order that was correct from this place and Im over it. Completely. It’s a shame that people don’t have enough integrity to care about the services and food customers pay for. Just check the reviews all the bad order and mistakes are delivery order or mobile orders. This place needs some house cleaning.
