The place is extremely clean and nice. The staff is friendly. But, am not sure if its just me but the food is very bland not much flavor. I mean personally I would rather go to a local taqueria next time.

The employees seem to absolutely hate their jobs or just hate having to do their jobs when you show up to order food from them. I have been there at least 5 times since they have opened and every single employee was rude and had no basic manners. The food is decent which is why I gave 2 stars but the only thing that makes it worth coming here in the drive thru since I have young kids. Hire some employees who would like to work at the establishment or teach the current ones to fake a smile every once in awhile.

I want to thank Claudia the manager and the whole Brentwood location team! They were able to help with a quick turn around for a catering order of ten people. The food was packaged nicely, came with all of the utensils, and tasted amazing. I can’t wait to come back here!

Food and service have gone down severely since they opened. We liked our first couple visits, but each time since then has been worse and worse. They desperately need to sort out the mobile/pickup order system as people have no room to form a line for those, and no one dedicated to serving those customers. The cashier helps the dine-in line and (occasionally) the mobile order folks who resort to cutting people who have been waiting since there's no organization.

I ordered two burrito bowls with extra proportions (like extra lettuce, sour cream, cheese, etc.) and, when I went to pick them up, both bowls seemed to have even less than the normal amount for proportions. I was/am super disappointed. I was expecting this chipotle to be good especially since it's new. Workers seemed friendly, but the service and food quality was just not there.

Last time coming here the incompetence of the employees is beyond me. This is a joke, they literally have no idea how to run the pickup window.

2 times in a row in consecutive weeks we have received a DoorDash order that was unacceptable. First we received 1 out of 3 bowls that was 1/2 full and no meat and maybe 1 oz of rice. Today a quesadilla that had 3 burnt pieces of chicken and almost nothing else, both were absolute garbage and a complete ripoff for what I paid. I called the store the first time and was told that the manager could do nothing for me. today, I got in touch with customer service and same response, tried the store with no luck. Not again. I absolutely do no recommend ordering from here unless you want to throw your money away.
