It's OK. Too many of the machines we found were not working properly, missing balls, etc. Great service though.

We had a Birthday party last weekend we bought 2 salads we advised our party coordinator that the lettuce was orange and pineapple was spoiled (tangy) we where there for 3 hours they never replaced them.

The Atmosphere is perfect for your kids to have fun. The trampoline is a hit with all kids. This is not a place to go for family food or great service, unless you're having a kid party. Then the food is apt for 12 and below

I organized my grandson's second birthday party at this location, purchasing the $99 package, which included accommodations for ten children, two pizzas, and additional drinks, resulting in a total expenditure of $260. Although the table was initially decorated for us, I enhanced the decoration to suit our theme better. After setting up the table, the manager approached and informed us that we could not use our cups, to which I responded affirmatively. I attempted to order a pitcher of drinks; however, the registered staff member indicated that we were required to order individual cups, as we had not selected the package that included pictures of beverages. The service was satisfactory, but the staff checked for stamps upon my departure. The staff member informed my male friend that she recognized him but did not check his stamps.

Only reason for a low rating was due to the amount of games that did not function correctly or did not work at all. Below is a list of what i witnessed not functioning, Wack a Octopus- 3 out of 5 octopus Wack a shark- not working Football- not working Halo- right side aim stuck off screen Transformer- left side aim stuck at bottom Fruit slicer- not working Nicktoon racing- steering stuck to the right. Took the kids to play so did not experience food or service.
