I take my kids here to pass time. The food is excellent and made fresh just a long time to get it. The place does smell like sweat when you enter. Clean bathrooms. Sometimes they forget to fill the hand soap. The staff can be friendly. sometimes it takes a while to see them up front. Some games don't work but I do see repairman all the time so games work. Overall it's a good time and a good place to take the kids for fun just a little bit more air circulation and febreze.

Old machines , most of the machines didn’t work. Also the access to the trampoline used to be 10$ now it’s 16$ just because they added something ! Prices here are not fair unfortunately
My name is kemberly Walker I was there with my grandkids and the staff allowed my 3 year old autism granddaughter to go out the front door and was missing for over 12 mins , she was nowhere to be found ,in the parking lot nowhere they didn't call the police ,they gave up looking for her returning back in the building without her still never calling the police, .... And the person/staff that was SURPOSE to be at the door kept leaving the post. I had to go to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack . Yelling , screaming running out of the parking saying call the police help me Lord Call the police... My life this flash between my eyes. Chucky cheese is where I bring them instead of a park in the sun with security at the door with a system of a stamp that's for a parent and a child but Chuck e cheese has failed me and it could have ended horrible with all this child's trafficking and all kidnapping going on. My chest have not stop hurting since and Im having nightmares every night that I'm scared to close my eyes or take my eyes off her... I need help medical treatment to see the doctor and get test ran on my heart.. I also did a complaint that day and the police was called and refused to do a report or call the ambulance to have me evaluated

We had a Birthday party last weekend we bought 2 salads we advised our party coordinator that the lettuce was orange and pineapple was spoiled (tangy) we where there for 3 hours they never replaced them.
