We had our daughter’s 6th birthday today and it was a blast! Staff are very attentive and detailed. Pizza was spot-on. Chuck E Cheese came and dance with all the birthday’s kids. The renovated store is refreshing and so lively. Everything in the space is functional. Cleaners always around the clock. This was a MAJOR improvement since the last time we visited this Chuck E Cheese about 2 or 3 years ago. Thank for making my daughter’s special day so much fun! We’ll come back again for more parties!

They no longer have the robot band. My kids are devastated that was their favorite part about coming to chuck e cheese. They no longer even want to come here and play. Imagine bringing your kids to play and they get angry and frustrated because their favorite band is gone. I hope they bring it back.

This the worst experience I have ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant the fact that I basically had to go to the kitchen to get my own pizzas cookies and plates and for me to be trying to carry everything and the workers are standing there in the way I had to say excuse me just to squeeze by now the tables weren’t clean I had to wet some napkins to wipe down the table the bathroom were do I begin no tissue paper I had to use seat covers to wipe my daughter poop in two of the toilets and one door locked then when they closed they didn’t say anything just turned everything off with use still having time to play and my kids wasn’t able to use there points because they said the machine was off now mind you I have 3 toddlers with me with broken Hearts came all the way from Stockton for worse service ever do better Chuck E. Cheese

Food is excellent but the price for games and rides is expensive. If your on a budget this is not the place for you and the kids. The price for food and games is over $100.00.

I get there just after 11am open. Less kids means less yelling and less waiting for primo games. Staff are pleasant and helpful with any problems. Restrooms are clean.
