Literally called to place an order, they hung up on me and when I called back 2 times no one answers. Not the first time this happened, I only rated them a second star because they have good pizza. Customer service needs work.

OMG! Dont call at night time, the raspy voiced person is so rude!!!

They do a great job during the day!! & pizza always hot!!

Over all good but sometimes I get dry spots in the pizza missing cheese, sauce and or toppings

I ordered the pizza online at 11:40pm and chose the option to pay in store. The website said it would be ready in 11 minutes, however I noticed that the Domino's tracker was not moving. It just stayed in the same exact spot. So after 20 minutes waiting for itto change and proceed I decided to go to the store. Of course the same guy I've had an issue with before for moving really slow meets me at the counter and says that my pizza has not been put in the oven because I chose the option to pay in the store and that it is now closed. I then told him I ordered it at 11:40pm and if I was not supposed to be ordering a pizza at that time it should have said so on the website. Either was he said he would put it in the oven. So not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza that I was picking up, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza to get done. Complete waste of time trying to order the pizza online. I have always liked Domino's Pizza but this may be turning point. I will not be coming back to this location ever.

Food was good overall and made in a timely manner. As for the staff, the person taking my order was rude and made it seems like I was a burden to be there. I am a paying customer, not asking for a handout.
