My sister & I used the walk up window because the drive-thru line was so long. My sister order a cold golden eagle and it was fantastic. Caramel was plenty and delicious. I am so sad that I just found out that I am lactose intolerant. No more golden eagles for me :-( just not a black coffee lover.

Love the coffee but when their app says they are open at 4am and you drive the extra 5 miles one way to get there and they don’t open until 430 kind of sucks. It does say 430 on google maps but the app I use to pay of theirs says 4 am. But still live their coffee especially the 911.
Update: Decided to try again but this time it was after 0430 and once again not open. The open signs on front and side were lit up but come blocking drive thru and all light off inside. Do you just open up when ever you feel like it even though you have posted hours? Starbucks is right next to my job site and they actually open when they say.

I normally love Dutch Bros and enjoy this location, though today on the night of the princess drop it was the worst service I have EVER received. The woman working the window was completely useless and disrespectful. I ordered for mobile and she yelled at me to move my car even though I ordered online so I could use that spot. I got my drinks after 5 (the start of the drop) and she said I couldn’t get my drink topper as I ordered it before 5, even though I picked it up at 5? She said it “was not fair” even though I waited for my order like everyone else. So, I reordered the drinks at the window and waited more. They called absolutely 0 drinks in over 30 minutes while over 100 people waited for their order. I ended up just asking for my drink topper and left. I am disappointed at the service I received today and unless this woman is fired I will not be returning. Get better staff or training, this was a horrible experience.

This is my everytime coffee place. After my daughter introduced me to it, I cannot get off it. I wish there could have been one closer in Tracy.
Always friendly no matter what location I'm at. I couldn't remember a drink name the hostess helped me out with a a smile. And of course you got a friendly note on the cup everything was ready in like a minute so super fast service that day.

Today I had an awful experience here at this location in Brentwood. Just awful. I love going to this location and I hope that doesn’t have to change. I was treated very poorly today and I just hope it was a one time deal. I was very disappointed today. We shall see next time.
