The foods decent. I got a chorizo burrito and a small horchata. I tipped $2. $20 total. This is all I’m saying. Do a regular burrito options for $6.75 and super burrito options for $12.50. The one option burrito is too big, I’m 240 and it was too much for me in one sitting. It’s not great to reheat greasy chorizo.I would be happy with a chorizo and egg burrito 1/2 the size of the one I got for $6.50 then a small horchata for $3.50. $10 total. Tip $2.50. Nice $12.50 very reasonable breakfast. Because for $20? I can get two pounds of already cooked and seasoned Al pastor from Cardenas. Be in taco heaven for 10 days. Food was good but dropping $20 makes me not want to repeat. Make a smaller $10 out the door option to attract repeat customers.

carne Asada tacos we’re OK. Al pastor tacos are cooked on a flat top instead of a trompo. Carnitas tacos were the best.

I'd be happy paying that if the food was memorable and or better.
Taste was ok, meat was cold in my tacos. We were the only ones inside on a Sunday afternoon and it still took about 20-25 minutes to be served.
Only good thing here were the salsas. That's all.

** June Update: After 3rd attempt to come, we finally got IN to try to support a new local place! So that right there increases to at least 2 ⭐️, because this time we got food and not just waved at more than once... ??But that's where it ends... Maybe they just consistently have off-days when we show up, because they have a following and business appears to be good. I gave a 20% tip because I'm nice, but staff was just on her phone...not even really interactive or friendly. Nothing more than a McD's employee would do, yet $26 just for 2 burritos (before tip) so very low value/value proposition.At least we found consistency on the feeling of weirdness and awkward feeling that the previous Emporium owners projected...legitimately felt in the way for coming to buy items. ???So all in all, hate to say it because were advocates for supporting local, but we're also advocates for quality and service...JUST GO ELSEWHERE. ?Tried informing them about some areas that are incorrect on Google Maps (they don't show up unless I search FOR their actual name) and the hours aren't updated when they do. We knew places were closing soon, but planned to get takeout or find a place open later. Google says open until 8pm and the door were locked at 7:42pm. Hubs tried knocking on the door to ask, but person just waved... Disappointed but found a way to enjoy at another locale.
