Their food is amazing but they do not offer many vegetarian-friendly options, just grilled cheese, fries, and animal fries.
Vegetarian options: Not very much to choose from.
Parking: The Drive-thru line gets ridiculously long in the late afternoon early evening.

I bought my wife a chocolate shake, and while waiting she needed to use the restroom. Apparently the staff (including a male security guard), demanded she open the bathroom stall, accusing her of smoking and threatening to call the police. How someone could be smoking without setting off the alarm I don't know, but these exemplars of classy customer service insisted they smelled smoke and didn't even want to let her wash her hands. I have always been impressed with the staff at the various In-N-Out establishments I've visited, but I must say that I am shocked and disgusted by the mentally unbalanced thuggery my spouse and I were assaulted with at this location.

I ordered the # 1, and I waited over 20 minutes for my number to get called and get my food. For a business that has a system that's set up to deal with crowds, I don't know what went wrong here, but hopefully, this gets addressed to management.
