I've visited this Jack-in-the-Box a couple times in the past month. I pre-ordered online, and it was still one of the slowest fast-food restaurants I've experienced. I don’t think they have enough people working there. Also, the hamburger meat had more gristle (hard chunks) on it than other fast-food places.

First time dining in, 3 people working, so getting orders out took some time. We went to order, and the person taking our order was maybe the manager. She was telling an off duty employee to stand in another spot. She was still talking at him as we were trying to order. We didn't get a receipt butI will be talking with corporate.

Tacos were cold and no meat cheese just a cold slice of cheese. The sourdough hamburger was cold and soggy. They just must have pre-made and just had it sitting around. The stuffed jalapenos were actually decent. Worst experience because it took forever to get this cold food. Yucky.

Very disappointed with our normally favorite burger, Ultimate Cheeseburger. The cheese in the burger was not melted as usually it is. Both the burger and fries were cold and tasted old, not fresh. We should have returned them, but instead sat and ate as we were extremely hungry. Later that afternoon, we both had tummy problems.?
