Tacos were cold and no meat cheese just a cold slice of cheese. The sourdough hamburger was cold and soggy. They just must have pre-made and just had it sitting around. The stuffed jalapenos were actually decent. Worst experience because it took forever to get this cold food. Yucky.

Very disappointed with our normally favorite burger, Ultimate Cheeseburger. The cheese in the burger was not melted as usually it is. Both the burger and fries were cold and tasted old, not fresh. We should have returned them, but instead sat and ate as we were extremely hungry. Later that afternoon, we both had tummy problems.?
Opens at 0600,perfect after a long shift,great location, the girls there are such sweethearts.

Worst jack in the box in the bay area two years and they still have the worst staff that will purposely get your order wrong then good luck getting ahold of them door dash will brush you off and you can't get a single living person on the phone because they just don't answer them

This is a great Jack-in-the-Box. Unfortunately there is a lot of homeless factor that frequents the place been approached every time that I park in the parking lot. Otherwise this place is great. The food is good and I’m so happy. They brought back the pineapple shake.
