Had bad experiences at this place particularly, but today takes the cake. Never have I been to an establishment that forgot to give back my card in the drive thru, which this one did. And when I went in to retrieve my card, I was met with the simple comment “oh don’t worry, we aren’t going to steal your card information” as I was walking out with my reacquired card. I walk back in after to ask for the manager because of that comment, only to be met with the classic quote of, “I am the manger”. I ask for his name, “Pedro Espinoza”. You’re going to have to assume the spelling is correct because in my attempt to clarify such spelling, the manager refused to write his name, or show an identification card, and just kept repeating his name. This also happened to be the same person(manager) I saw talking to the drive thru operator(the same lady who didn’t give me my card back) the entire time with what seemed like small talk. Funny thing, I heard the drive thru lady apologize for the inconvenience, but the manager didn’t, and instead decided to only give me attitude.Food here is typical Jack in the Box, but the customer service and management are terrible to say the least

I work in the food industry myself but every single time I come here the employees have the worst attitudes and not only that. It says that this location closes at 3AM and I came here at 12:37am and I was confronted by an employee that they were closed but yet door dash orders were still going…that makes no sense and so I jsut walked out. But I realized that I’ve came here before way past 1am and they have been open. Idk to me I get it, It’s late you wanna close early. But I mean I’m pretty sure establishments shouldn’t be closing early but I guess it depends on the manager. Regardless I’m some what annoyed and I just wanted something.
