The food presentation is so cute and fun to look at. The chicken and the bucket is so artistic that the crunchy texture of the fried chicken looked like their drawings and the fried crunchy breaded chicken tasted so good with their dipping sauce. The side dishes of spaghetti tasted so good and it sure tasted like the classic sweet pepperoni pizza. The side plate of Salisbury mushrooms and gravy over fluffy white rice was a perfect combo with the fried chicken tenders. The Jollibee French Fries tasted super good, because the fries are the perfect shoe laces cut potato fries that are soft mashed potatoes inside and super crunchy outside. And. They have the purple UBE flavor pies and the golden orange PEACHES MANGO pies that are so delicious to munch and eat with PINEAPPLE fruit juices and MILK.
The restaurant set up is bigger than the regular locations and it has a nice family ambiance. Pretty busy during evenings but still located in its own lot and location is away from the busy traffic that surrounds the area with other shopping centers.
I've noticed that Jollibee's job site consistently keeps listings posted even when they're no longer hiring, which is really frustrating for job seekers. I've applied to several positions only to find out later that they've already been filled or are no longer available. It feels like a waste of time and effort when all they need to do is update their listings more regularly. If they could remove or mark closed positions, it would make the job search experience so much smoother and show that they respect applicants' time. Jollibee is a well-known brand, and l'd expect better management of their recruitment process. I hope they address this issue soon.
It creates false hope and adds to the stress of the job search, especially in a competitive job market. Companies may argue that they’re building a talent pool or testing the market, but from an employee’s perspective, it feels misleading and unethical.
If the company is no longer hiring for a position or is simply collecting resumes for future openings, it would be much more transparent and respectful to state that clearly in the job listing. Job seekers deserve honesty and respect for their time and effort, and adding a note in the listing would reduce frustration and help candidates make more informed decisions about where to apply.

I used to believe Popeyes and KFC had the best fried chicken, but then I had jolibee. Never have I had fried chicken so fresh and juicy . My favorite items are the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich. The sides are just ok, but I go there for their chicken not much their sides . Heads up you may have to park and wait for your food but trust me it’s worth the wait.
Parking: Plenty of parking and spots to park while waiting for your food.
For my first time eating there The chicken didn’t hav any flavor. The biscuit was so dry and hard. The smash potatoes and gravy needs work.

Poor Service. Ordered through drive-thru and while we had to wait +20 minutes, five drive thru customers AFTER us had received their order. Cashier also did not bother to repeat our order for confirmation. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
Edit: Based on the low reviews here, most people are complaining about your drive-thru problems! Don't you think that's an important issue to solve?
