Just went to Kentucky fried chicken in Brentwood and paid $40 for 16 chicken strips. What the heck is going on with this economy. I bought these for my wife and now she is sick as hell. I picked the food up around 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Looked the store up and saw they were temporarily closed at 5:30 in the afternoon. Did someone else get sick?

It's A & W k f c combo the A&W side was shut down they wouldn't serve them that venue and then I ordered two chicken sandwiches from Kentucky Fried Chicken and they were horrible, french fries were horrible the grease was dirty! It took forever to get the order, 40 minutes from the time I went through the drive thru, had to park outside front and I was 40 minutes! Don't go there you won't like it!

Very disappointed ! For the second time, we ordered $30 fill up for to go and they didn’t gave us the chicken tenders !Calling the attention of the KFC Manager,I think your staff need more training! Or they just do it on purpose????

We went to the drive thru because it says it’s open till 1030. No one answered so we pulled up to the window and the worker was sitting on the counter with no mask chewing on his fingers and picking his nose.

I've been to this KFC about 3 times now. I would say this is by far the worst KFC branch that I have ever been to. They never have the chicken that you're trying to order-the lady running the drive thru is hard of hearing. I don't recommend coming here, save yourself the trouble and just go to Popeyes which is located right down the street.

Waited a half hour, got 3 wrong orders and food was cold once they actually got my order right
44 minutes for 4 sandwiches and a large fries. When I popped my head in after 30 minutes they were rude and couldn't understand why I was getting mad!

Shut this location down. It’s very disappointing. This location never have the fish & chips but yet they have the advertisement flyer in their window. Some days the pot pies are not baked fresh but sat for a while. Some days the A&W side is close & somedays they have no chicken sandwiches. And there are days they just plain don’t open for business.
