I went there, and there were no donuts of the new special edition. Poor management is going on. How do you run out of the donut everyone is looking for.

The doughnuts are good but this specific Krispy Kreme doesn't not make them fresh daily. They don't allow customers to sit and enjoy their doughnuts at the time I was visiting

It was soso. It's a very hidden spot it seems it's not very busy. Nobody was there or came in while I was there. The doughnuts might have been there a little longer than a busy place. They were good but pretty good vs really good!

The donuts are okay, best to get the fresh batches that come in the mornings. The employees are super nice and helpful at least when I went.
Vegetarian options: I mean it's all vegetarian right? They don't have meat donuts. unless they have gelatin in the frosting.
Parking: Their is alot of parking space, it's never busy.
Kid-friendliness: They have alot of kid stuff.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

My wife bought me a dozen on my birthday (TODAY)and they were old NASTY and stale and crunchy they have to be days old I never ever had one this bad DONT GO HERE its definitely not worth it it's a scam robbery they do this on purpose not cool ....then they will not answer the phone

I wood have no problem giving them 5 stars normally. However, every single time I go in there and ask for creme filled glazed they NEVER have it. They have others but never that one which is my families favorite.

It is 5:30 pm they close at 8:00pm and they have no more glazed donuts. And won't make more doesn't make sense. And for them to have a attitude when ask if they are gonna make more is not okay. What they have left looks like been sitting all day.

I ordered a box of donuts, their Paris collection, via Doordash and paid over $40. It was horrible. The only donuts that tasted fresh were the glazed, everything else tasted like day old donuts or worse. They were so stale and hard by the next day. Complete waste of money!

I recently had a great customer service experience at this Krispy Kreme location. I stopped in a few weeks back and a young man named Jasiyah helped me and took care of my small order, consisting of coffee and a handful of donuts. He was so polite and welcoming and had a really friendly smile. I was on my way to work, and it's always nice to start your day with a warm greeting from another positive and kind individual. Thanks for the help and your great smile - it was contagious!

The staff are amazing and friendly. Very patient as well. BUT I did find out the donuts are not fresh like alot of locations. They actually are made in concord ( a 30 to 40 min drive) and brought to this location. They don't carry all the flavors. And when they have limited time donuts. They only carry 1 or 2 of them. The basic ones. They said the concord store didn't bring them. I think they need to do better
