First time hearing about this place, stopped by with my girls because we wanted some ice cream. Great options alot of different options to try. We ended up with just some ice cream on a cone and cup. very colorful place, has a little cute wall for pictures

The paletas and strawberries n cream here are good. I felt neutral about the customer service and the ambiance is fun for kids. Great place to beat the heat with some frozen treats. I removed 2 stars because their chamoy is expired from 4 months ago. The sticker on it said December 2023 and it's almost April 2024 now.

Their ice cream is so creamy and flavors are great, not artificial tasting. Fav flavors are coconut, fresa con crema (strawberries and cream) and Chocolate Abuelita. Always clean and workers greet you as you walk in. They are now offering coffee, matcha, crepes (savory and sweet), pancakes (mini and regular), churros and so many more treats! Tonight came in for their churros and they hit the spot! Soft, chewy, and the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar. I loved that I was able to get lechera and Nutella on the side so I can dip them but also got one churro filled with cajeta (caramel), which was my fav.

Came for ice cream and the play structure for my toddler. She was extremely happy! When we parked she was excited about the inside. The colors and lights are fun for kids. We were helped immediately and they were patient as my daughter changed her mind (of course a 3 hear old will want bubble gum when you see those colors! Quick and fast! Will be back with all the family for another treat day!

Tried to go there for the first time on 1/27/24. As soon as we entered there was a distinct odor of fecal matter. Left immediately.

the workers kinda didn't know the menu, they looked new nothing wrong w learning but i ordered the cheetos w corn and like some nacho sauce but they made it and took hella long to make the other stuff so it was soggy ... still ate it tho lowkey expensive too place looks pretty tho
We have been here a handful of times with our 3 year old and have always had friendly staff assist us. I've really only purchased the coffee for me and ice cream for our soon who appears to enjoy it. In my opinion they make a GREAT coffee. The owner is very accommodating and him and it is evident that him and his staff do their best to provide good service. The indoor playground is small, but kids seem to have a lot of fun! Today we went and celebrated my son's 4th birthday there with two of his friends and it was the perfect celebration. Thank you!

I went here with my 12 year old son. I planned on buying him ice cream for working all day in the yard with me. I walked in around 7:30pm. There were three employees behind the counter and two other customers sitting and eating their treats. No one was waiting for their food. I then proceeded to stand there for 15 minutes without anyone saying one thing to me. My son said excuse me to two of the three employees without a response of any type from them. I asked where we ordering as I was confused as to why I wasn't being helped. The lady looked at me and then walked away. Zero Service. We left without ever being talked to or being able to buy anything. I am unsure what my son and I did to be completely ignored but I will not be returning to this place. If you need me I'll be at sip and scoop.
