My first time coming, there did not know what to order. Ashton was very friendly & made some suggestions. Decided on the Snickerdoodle & I'm very happy with it and the service. I would definitely come back here again

May 2022: Tried the "Cookie Monster," "Big Stick" (tastes just like the popsicle and we all agreed was the best), "Peach Ring" hydration shot with electrolytesand aloe, the kids split the "Chocolate Wasted," and hubs and I split the "Donut Shot" Fat Burner to try it.* If you use MyFitnessPal, Ashton can tell you exactly what to search for.* A lady walked in and told us to try the protein balls...seemed yummy!* Be sure to specify which items don't have whey protein if you're avoiding dairy. All coffee-flavored products use the whey protein.Apr 2022: We got to go try some of this today!! Needing to avoid whey, we got 3 of the meal replacement shakes: Almond Joy, Mint Oreo, & Chocolate Wasted. ????. Definitely recommend and less than 10g of sugar a serving.Will have to go back for the hydration shots: Kids flavors are Peach Ring?, Shark Bite?, and Unicorn ?.Thanks, Ashton!Go see Ashton (owner) and her team for a tasty, healthier options of fun treats for kids. While we didn't get to TRY anything yet, we will when the budget fits our NEXT fun outing. There are so many delicious flavor combos? for both meal replacements and energy drinks, including drinks specifically for kids without all the sugar.? A must try, especially if you enjoy supporting locally owned/operated business. Very cool recipes, taste was amazing and extremely healthy. Owner and staff were super friendly.P.s. absolutely get the protein balls. I also had the campfire protein shake + sour patch tea — all very good.

First visit was yesterday and the two women were very helpful, knowledgeable about the menu items and super welcoming. I had the banana crunch shake and it was enough for 2 meals/snacks and delicious! I’ll certainly return to try other items. I hope they have more vegan options/ non dairy in the future

This place is amazing. It was my first time in today and the staff took the time to explain each drink and the nutrition benefits for them. I was so convinced I purchase a shake and tea. They were both delicious. Excellent customer services and clean location. Definitely worth the trip in to try it out.
