Went with coworkers, good activity out of the ordinary, they have different modes to win the game and that make it enjoyable.

The venue is a 10—great atmosphere and setup. Unfortunately, the bartender (who I was told is also the district manager) made the experience frustrating.

We were a group of seven and ordered a pitcher of water, a pitcher of beer, and two cocktails. The old fashioned was so bitter it was undrinkable. We also ordered quesadilla, nachos, and pizza.

When my husband spilled some ice and politely asked her for a clean glass and more water, she refused and told him to wait for our server. She refused to hand him a clean glass?! There were only two other groups in the place, so she wasn’t busy—just unwilling.

With 20 minutes left in our game, we ordered a second round—two beers and two cocktails—but 20 minutes later, still no drinks. As we watched the bartender chit chat with a gentleman at the bar and do side work, nothing was being made. We finally gave up and asked to cancel the drinks and close the tab. Instead, the server eventually brought them 15 minutes later. By then we were exasperated and asked for them to be removed from the bill so we could leave.

In two hours we had only ordered drinks twice. This shouldn’t have been so complicated. The server was young and sweet, but the bartender was dismissive and set a poor example. If she’s the district manager, she needs serious training in both customer service and cocktail-making.

Had a great time at Axes and Ales throwing axes and playing Jenga. The service was very attentive, the atmosphere was inviting, and the drinks were solid. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Booking is a nightmare; and really you can just walk in. Have called and email regarding them charging my card for a no show fee for someone else's booking; I get no response and they are impossible to get ahold regarding this issue. Will never go back

Quaint place though sufficient. Fun times with friendly informative staff. Got us in quickly to enjoy full allocated time.

Would definitely return.

Didn't eat this time but last time had some snacks and they were mediocre-- would recommend place to upgrade quality.

Came on a Wednesday night and it was pretty quiet, which worked out great for us. I brought my teenage boys and their friends, and we had an excellent time throwing axes. We paid for 45 minutes and managed to get in three games.

They also have some arcade games and a nice lounge area with Jenga and Connect 4—great for relaxing between rounds. Service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The food was average, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Would definitely come back again!

We’ve been here now a few times and Ash is literally the BEST! He makes the whole experience so much fun! He takes care of us everytime we come in! His attitude and personality is so much fun! We will keep coming back simply because he’s amazing! On our last visit Ash and the manager were AMAZING! Phenomenal service, fun atmosphere, we truly love it here!

I'm rating this about my experience due to business hours. I scheduled to meet a friend for lunch at 12 pm as the hours says it opens at 930 am on google. This was June 8 Sunday. It was going to be our first time to check it out but when she got there at 1145 am she said the place was closed and the door was locked with a note saying the store will open at 1 pm. I thought this was crazy so we went to the actual website it said Sundays open 1 pm. We checked Google again and it said 9:30 am on Sunday. This was very confusing 2 different sites saying 2 different things. This was a disappointment because we were excited about it and hungry at the same time. We chose not to wait and decided to hang out and eat somewhere else. Update your hours because people plan dates to come to this hype place.

Went for a friend's bachelorette party at the Brentwood location. Fun atmosphere, good drink selection, the games were fun. Our server Ash was fantastic, and made the whole experience well worth it. You can throw axes anywhere, but we'll be back because of Ash!

This was my first time here. Came and had some downtime with my real estate team. Amazing time! Service was excellent. Ash was our server; the best customer service.
