This place is in downtown Brentwood and it offers an authentic Italian experience. The food was excellent, service was quick and the staff were friendly. Menu features handmade pasta and slow-cooked sauces, delicious! I will be back!

We were thrilled when we heard that we would soon have our own Locanda Capri here in our hometown. Thrilled because we dined at their Livermore location and loved the food. When we were able to dine at the new restaurant we were so happy to find the quality of the food and service be just as good that we experienced before. Celebrated our wedding anniversary here a couple of months ago and had the BEST time. Went back for my husbands birthday a few days ago, and it was even better! They made our night truly special. We were excited to visit Locanda Capri in Brentwood for the first time. The ambiance was lovely, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Our waiter was friendly, but the service was inconsistent—ranging from attentive to nearly absent. At the beginning and a couple of times during the meal, we waited around 15 minutes for things like placing our order or getting water refills. It felt like our server may have been stretched too thin. The food itself was good, but a word of caution: if you plan to enjoy cocktails before dinner, avoid ordering your meals at the same time. Our entrées arrived just minutes after our drinks, leaving little time to enjoy our pre dinner cocktails. Overall, while the food and ambiance were enjoyable, the uneven service—especially at this price point—left us unsure if we'd return.

We joined another couple here to celebrate our 35th Anniversary! They celebrated 42 recently so I really trusted their recommendation and it did NOT disappoint! The food was most wonderful including the beet salad and bass with baby peas dishes- YUM YUM. I recently had gall bladder surgery so my tummy really needed food that delighted yet satisfied, again they delivered!! The ambience of inside patio was amazing- see pics! The music was as delightful as any selection of Italian music from that classic Sinatra That’s Amore to Voltare to classy Italian rap. Wow! And service was attentive and quick. Three Cheers and Grazie tanto to Jose, the manager, all the servers and the food. First time comers, we guarantee you will want to return, too.
