Came here with our baby for her to play on the playground. The playroom here is big and cool. Everything around it was dirty and just no place to sit down to wait for the child to play. It's horrible.

Food was just not par with McDonald's standards. Hair in my fries, burger did not taste right, couple of other things but just not there, mcd, usually is consistent. Counter/window service was fine.

I went during the tail end of lunch rush to make a $20 order. They were really swamped so my friend and I waited 50 minutes without saying anything until they were way less busy. We went up to the counter after seeing on the screen that our order wasnt even in progress. At this point there we less than 10 people in the mcdonalds. So we asked if there was any progress on the order, at first we were met with confusion as they were trying to figure out whatever happened. Then, after the lady I initially asked said there was nothing she could do, including refund my money. After saying we had been waiting almost an hour she started claiming that, that was impossible even though we told her the sequence of events, including our patient silent waiting. After doubling down that we did wait that amount of time, and stating that I wanted either a refund, or my food, she became very angry. She started raving that they couldnt/wouldnt do anything for us. Eventually after lots of back and forth, with myself becoming less understanding the more angry she became, she finally yelled “whatever” and stormed off. A few minutes later she stomped back to the front a slammed a bag of food along with my drink cup on the counter. Overall I hated the experience and the service. I will NOT be coming back.

Came in at 4:05 fresh out of school and order my meal, to be fair it was busy and there was a problem with the kiosk. Me and my friend waited ONE HOUR for our food until we finally went up to the counter to ask about our food, the lady at the front then told us it was "impossible" for us to get our food given that it had been ONE HOUR. the lady then said it was impossible to give us either our food or a refund. thankfully we did get our food but the attitude of which it was presented to us was unacceptable.

Menu displayed Hamburger Combos and ala cart. I asked if there was a Chicken Nugget Combo and got a puzzled look . I Man-Splained my request and he asked if I wanted milk with it! Obviously there was a misconnect. I asked if he was asking because a child was with me and I was going to get a Happy Meal after I completed my meal order and seemed to confuse him more but we got through it...barely. I realize the Play Area can be loud with excited children but the SCREAMING has to be addressed. Watchful parents with stressed faces and teeth gritted endure the SCREAMING children while those parents are either outside the enclosed area or oblivious to the behavior. I assume the staff is unaffected and don't want any confrontation. Signage would help and an anonymous intercom could remind parents there are other adults trying to enjoy their meal.

DONT COME WITH CASH INSIDE! No one will WANT to assit you at the register. Its ridiculous. They force you to pay card at the kiosk. Its such bad service. They make me feel like such an inconvenience for ordering food and paying with cash.
No one is ever at the counter to help the kiosk to order doesn’t even have what the front screen has but there’s no one ever available to help you pay at counter tables are all dirty crazy that customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

got a cheeseburger meal and asked for no pickles. Got my meal, the drink (a hi c) tasted watered down and my burgers didn’t have cheese but DID have pickle
