Recieved horrible customer service at this location multiple times. Really sucks that it’s the closest one to my home. The manager Mary has a funky attitude and is very dismissive when talking to customers. Go at your own risk.

Not sure what the problem is at this McDonald’s location, but when I go through the drive thru, the fries are never hot! I can order them in Livermore at the Vasco Rd location and they are still hotter by the time I get home 25 min later than the fries I get from this location less than 2 minutes later. Thought maybe once in awhile, but every similar time.

They just keep nickle and diming people to death. I'm done with McDonald's. They say prices are OK. Huh when you increase products from 99¢ to $1.69 or $1.89 that's a 69% and 89% increase, but know one actually explains and breaks it down so most people just ignore it and pay for it. I know company's need to make money but they would keep customers coming and sell more quantities and make money that way instead of basically giving the once loyal customers the middle finger by jacking up prices to where it's just not feasible for them anymore.

This location had the most unprofessional manager I've come across in my 53yrs on this earth. I will never visit this location again. I had to drive from Brentwood ca to Oakley ca to get my Macdonalds. 9/2/2025 @8pm
I have a toddler son come often and every time I get my order I’m always missing something or they give me the incorrect size. So just be prepared to get the incorrect items or order.

Came here with our baby for her to play on the playground. The playroom here is big and cool. Everything around it was dirty and just no place to sit down to wait for the child to play. It's horrible.
