Menchie's Sand Creek Crossing

Would be nice if your machines actually worked. I have come in 4 times in the last 2 weeks to the machine the cookies and crème being in being broken, frozen over or not working. Your staff is nice but keep telling us that your machines are all “old” and all “breaking down” and that the management and owner know but do nothing about it. I’m going to stop coming in. Frustrating and a waste of time and gas. We need a good, reliable yogurt shop near us. Mgmt obviously doesn’t care and they keep putting a popular flavor in a machine that’s broken.

Popular yogurt place with lots of toppings available. A little pricey but a lot to offer.

Parents REALLY need to watch their kids I’d be weary of the spoons as I watched a kid lick the spoon and put it back in the topping container 🤢🤢

The yogurt is always amazing especially the Apple Tart. Best flavor ever!

They have amazing flavors. And on Friday nights you can get unlimited froyo for like 9 bucks I think. I liked it. Only thing that was bad is layout you can't really go back to the start of the line. It's like a one way street.

Gross and understaffed
From the moment you walk up to the door it is just dirty. Floors filthy. yogurt dispensers had puddles of yogurt under them and on the floors. No one was at the register or in the front of the shop. Owners need more staff to keep this place clean.

Sadly this menchies is always lacking in a variety of flavors and toppings! One of the sadest menchies I've ever been in. Not to mention they were supposed to close at 10pm, my bf and I came in at 9pm and it looked like they were closing up early. This is always the case for this location.

I went in at 8:30pm they close at 9. No employee was to be seen I heard them all in the back and some ice cream machines were turned like they were cleaning then from the back. I then left because I didn’t want to wait for them to come out.

I went a few days ago and felt sick after an hour, i think the marshmallows were expired

I ordered a frozen yogurt from here and it was very melted. I am never coming back here ever again.

Everything was very delicious and the person who helped us was very kind.
