Ordered pizza, they told us 20 minutes. Sent the kids off to play in the back, about half an hour later, still no pizza. Talk to the people at the counter and they seemed to have no idea. Ten minutes later they finally admitted that they didn't make our food. We finally got our pizza, pushing an hour after we ordered it.Several lights were either burnt out or off when we were there. Half of the kids games in the back were broken.If you want Pizza, there are plenty of other options out there, skip this place.

I had problems with ordering using the app to use the online only coupon, so I went to the store to order. Rodney, the pizza person, had someone start making our pizza as he walked me through ordering on the app. Unfortunately the app still did not work, so he gave me the discount manually. He went out of his way calling the main office to check if there was something wrong. Excellent customer service! Thanks for all the help, Rodney!!!

Ordered from this location via DoorDash, took the dasher about and hour and a half to deliver but that has nothing to do with this review. I was very disappointed in our order, particularly disappointed in the large chicken luau specialty pizza we ordered. The slices in this pizza were all different, which was very odd, almost as if slices were missing or the slices were out of place because the cut lines didn't like up and the shape of the pizza was not only small for a large but was oddly shaped. In addition it had very little toppings and sauce (very dry). We ordered a medium cheese pizza as well and the size, in comparison to the large, was practically the same size. BEWARE when ordering here

Price for Large all meat is 36.80, if i am on the budget i will go to little ceasar instead. We came in weekend sunday and decided to do to go instead of dine in since all the table are not yet cleaned. 3 tables occupied and the rest of about 10 tables is not clean.

The service was good. I placed my order for pick up, so when I got home, I was surprised to see that the garlic knots looked and tasted bad. Also, I ordered BBQ wings and received plain wings. On the bright side, the pizza was good.

The food is a complete gamble every time I make up my mind to give them another shot at redemption. : ( I can not and will not recklessly lay full blame on this franchise as a whole, that would be completely unfair to the franchise and of myself to do so. Because I do, on occasion enjoy me some Mountain Mikes pizza, and their take on pizza, the type of pizza we've all come to love over the years! When done correctly you too would find it rather difficult to disagree with the claim I've just raised! That's not to say some of the Mountain Mikes franchises have at times, found it difficult to maintain this culture of excellence set forth by the pizzerias original founders. Which brings me to this particular franchise, falling short of excellence does happen and will happen from time to time, no one is perfect. And those who enjoy Mountain Mikes pizza are often understanding of this, and are very forgiving followers of the fan fare! However if "falling short" of excellence in time becomes synonymous with Mountain Mikes.. I'm sure you can paint the picture and see where I'm going with this yourself? The food business is finicky in the best of times, why make it out to be any harder than it has to be? That being said, find a standard and stick with it, also be consistent with those standards, because your customers will come to rely on them! And at last, do not let...one...single...solitary pizza leave that kitchen until you yourself could not be any more happier than you are right now! Could you justify spending your hard earned dollars on this pizza? Consistency, it's not exactly difficult to assemble a pizza. Take pride in what you're sending out into the community. I don't know how many times I've ordered pizza from this particular establishment and it's been completely unsatisfactory? Every once in a while I will get a pie that reminds me why I enjoy Mountain Mikes so much! Excellence is becoming less and less of a standard unfortunately, and it's far to convenient to seek out a another alternative these days. Please note; It brings me absolutely zero pleasure in writing this soul sucking diatribe about a place I actually like however, it needs fixing. And until then, you, not unlike myself may want to reconsider when placing an order here. And if you do be aware of the gamble you may be making not just with the food but with your money as well.

$10 for a tiny pizza and it was RAW. Also I waited 25 minutes for this and 5 people who ordered after me got it quicker.
Always great tasting pizza!! Always ready on time when we pick up our order! Employees are very helpful . Good atmosphere. We've been going here for years!

I order from their app and when I went to pick it up, they had a hand written sign on the door saying the dine in was closed and you had to sit on the patio in 90 degree heat. The salad bar and soda machine were also closed. Now Ethan, the manager, said it is closed everyday between 3-4 because of the school kids. Again nothing in the app or on the door. They put a hand written sign saying enter from side door. Ethan seemed very smug. He didn't apologize. He just stood there with a smile on his face.

We had the wort experience in this place luck of customer service and dangerous place for people with allergies. We order half veggie and half chicken and they added bacon to the pizza when we took the complete pizza back all they did was handed us a small chicken pizza to replace half of family size. If you have any kind of food allergies do not go to this shop and save your life and your family life. At the end of the day we pay for family size pizza ended up with cold pizza. Never again.

I think mountain mikes is the best pizza around. I've been eating there a long time and I never had a bad one. I eat at mountain Mike's on Balfour.
