Got home after picking up dinner and accidentally received the wrong order, but I called to let them know what happened and they had my order ready by the time I got back. Serena was extremely nice and helpful, they are an honest staff and the food is very delicious and fresh. The way they handled everything was very professional and I will be coming to this location from now on. Five stars!
The manager decided to alter my online order to her liking. Disappointed in her selection. That was my first and last time eating there.

Smaller portions than any other location in the Bay Area. At first I thought it’s random but this location has regularly under filled the portions. Also the extra meat is much smaller , usually served on the side. I eat regularly at all locations in the Bay Area and I can tell you these folks are serving less. If there is any challenges on the business then I believe there is other ways to manage this. My last order, the gyro bowl was half and the side of meat was barely 1/3 of the serving box. Compared to other locations where they fill the bowl up and serve 1/2-3/4 of the box. I can go and measure with a scale to prove this, but you the business are likely aware of this, as it’s the same for every order. Either charge less or serve same as the other franchises. I’ll vote with my $ elsewhere.
EDIT: I decided to give this restaurant one more chance. Ordered via uber eats. I could see that they improved on the portions size. So I thought I would write a edit and make a note on the improvement. Today’s uber eats came I was unpleasantly surprised by a NASTY dirty string in my food. This is just disappointing and disastrous! Uber issued refund but my dinner got ruined!

Delicious food but it is so cruel to make your workers work in a hot environment that is the same temperature if the hotter as the outside temperature went over there to eat a few days ago walked inside and there was no temperature difference if not it felt hotter I hope they are working to fix the busted ac because that is ridiculous to make your workers work in the heat especially during a heat wave which is dangerous on top of that

The ac was busted but the food was amazing and came out super fast. We were greeted when we walked in, I got the pork belly gyro combo with Greek fries, my friend got the beef/lamb gyro bowl. We also tried the baklava with froyo.

Don’t go to this location. The amount they serve has diminished especially their bowls. Other locations fill the bowls and this place gives you half a bowl. Not going here again.

Got the beef lamb combo, it was good. Nice to know theres a good gyro place in Brentwood. Fries were good as well not overly cooked or under, service was nice. I mean there's not much to say that's over the top about this place or under. Worth it.

Not a fan. The service was pretty bad. I used to like coming here but the food wasn’t that great and the overall vibe was just sort of awkward. Like I was bothering them as I was ordering. Didn’t tell me when it was ready I had to go up and ask. I dont recommend eating here.
