Went in and placed my order. Advised the young lady that I had called ahead, as to be sure they didn’t set anything in the back for my order. She said they don’t do that unless we place an order (which is why I called ahead). Anyhow, paid for my 2 Bundt cakes and said “Thank you”, to which there was no response, and I assumed she didn’t hear me so I said it again “ thank you” again no response, I stopped and turned to her and said loudly “THANK YOU!” Then she replied of course. Maybe a bit traditional, but isn’t the customer service role to be polite and respectful by responding to a genuine thank you with a you’re welcome, no problem, thanks for coming into my store? No customer service skills at all from this young lady. Disappointing that is acceptable.

Their secretary weekend schedule doesnt make sense. Close early mon-fri. Open later on weekends to accomodate parties, reunions, and celebrations.

Genuinely have had a great experience each time I've went to this location.Purchased 2 dozen bundtinis on January 27th and another dozen March 20th, and one 10" Red Velvet Bundt cake last Tuesday (4/23)First off, price. Yes, it is going to cost more than your average store bought cupcakes/cakes. Is it worth it - yes.Common sense and I suggest DON'T be a jerk, order ahead. If you aren't on a deadline and swing in to order on the spot, you can stay pretty occupied checking out everything with their boutique style layout. You thought it was just baked goods, think again. Candles, tumblers, mugs, cards, decor. Plus, any time I've walked in the person working has been extremely nice.If you want a good experience with the flavors or you first time trying them out, go for the bundtinis. You will not be disappointed. I absolutely fell in love with the snickerdoodle and lemon flavors. You ever have a seven-up cake? Their lemon is even better. The bundt cake I order was a birthday surprise for a 15 year old who's favorite flavor is Red Velvet. It was a huge hit with them as well as the rest of us celebrating. Personally I like to pay the little extra for the drizzle frosting but their standard is fine.On the most recent visit, I ordered for pickup at 9:30 am. Running errands for the birthday and they open at 9 am. I did come in around 9:30, maybe a little after, and it was still being worked on. I could hear in the back it sounded like the drizzle was being taken care of. Almost done, no biggie. I wandered and looked at the stuff they had displayed, maybe 10 minutes tops, and the girl working handed me vouchers for a couple free bundlets and apologized for the wait, even after I told her I didn't mind waiting to get a small break in from all the running around.They also reached out to where I worked a couple months back, a nearby retailer, and brought a huge chocolate bundt cake for my team and discount coupons for us.I work in customer service as a manager, I know these guys probably don't always get the easiest customers or the nicest. But I genuinely hope this review brings them kind, great customers because they run a really, really good business!

Came in 1 minute after 6:00, 1 minute to pick up my sons birthday cake all the staff was mopping the floor which means they closed before 6:00 and they proceeded to turn me away.Completely ruined my son's birthday and zero care out of that staff. I am in utter disbelief that at 6:01 my business or special event didn't matter to your staff.

I called to asked if they can write a small note at the back of the card since its my brother's mother inlaw's birthday. I ordered it through door dash and on the app its still preparing but the female employee who answered the phone was rude. She told me i can write it by myself when I told her that Im from socal. Then she put me on hold then told me it was already pick up by the driver when on the app its still preparing.

They closed businesses before 6pm. We made it at 5:58pm after calling to make sure that they knew we were almost there and would make right before 6, but when we arrived the door was locked before 6, and one staff member opened it and refused to provide service acknowledging that it was 6 yet. She asked if we had and order and after we said we just called, still refused to provide service. Poor customer service at this location.
