Food was definitely not fresh, its a timing game with any Panda. If you get there when they make a fresh batch its good, if you get the last serving its garbage.

They intentionally don’t give you sauce with your orders. Twice I ordered teriyaki chicken and all they gave me was chicken without sauce. It’s clearly an attempt to save money and cut costs. I saw someone come in the store irritated about this another time and the workers had an attitude and only tried to give one sauce when the customer ordered two teriyaki bowls.

It’s just ridiculous and they need to stop. Shame on them!!!

Every other time I go here my order is wrong and one time not even made. Went in to pick up mine to go order that was ready, but yet on the screen said in progress, I waited there 20 minutes after it was supposed to have already been ready for pick up and I had to ask about it. And when I did ask about it, they got together three other orders before mine And I had to show that I was irritated in order to get my order finally handed to me my daughters and I had cold food. And they try to give us a drink that we didn’t even want cause we had already ordered the drinks. We wanted not happy with this location at all.

Ordered through App for a Family Meal and other items and the App said it would be ready at 530pm so I made arrangements to pickup at that time. I arrived at 530pm to find out that my food had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Then when I got home, we where missing our chow mein and fried rice which is part of the family meal and the food was cold and did not taste good. I sent a message to their customer service and no response now for 2 weeks. This is the 2nd time in a row I was missing items. I will not be returning. It is not rocket science for them to check an order before bagging and taping shut. It wasn't busy so they cannot use that excuse. It is just poor training and non attentive employees.
