Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I been a customer for long time and love the pan pizza, but lately the last four visits the pan pizza has been different ever time. this last visit I swear they just used some flat pan pizza instead of the doe they normally use for a pan pizza. this is to the duvall, WA. store you used to make a great pizza. now they just are awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

I use to love this place Tonight we ordered a family Hawaiian pizza and it literally only had 10 pieces of Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. Some of the pieces cut did not even have any Canadian bacon on them. What a shame and what a rip off! If you don’t want to add any toppings to your pizza then don’t offer any toppings! Or at this point just shut the place down! When you order a pizza that has toppings then that is what you expect to get. Not some where is not even enough to get it on every slice you cut. Ridiculous!! Monroe, Wa.

your store 3479 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61265 poisoned my wife with dairy even after she ordered dairy free. So we got to spend the night in the hospital. I asked for a refund and was denied one

Closed... just drove by and it looks like they went out of business

I’ve tolerated a lot of poor service here over the years because I understand that the teens who seem to run this place are still learning. But last night was too much. The teenage staff got both pizzas we ordered wrong, even after repeating the order back to me on the phone. When I arrived the person sitting behind the counter told me she wasn’t actually working, despite her place behind the register. I noticed the top pizza was wrong, and while they did offer to fix it I was in a time crunch and needed to leave immediately. I didn’t notice the second pizza (underneath the first) was the wrong crust until we got home. The thin crust, which we didn’t order, was so thin that we couldn’t even peel it off the tray after cooking and most of the pieces fell apart.

My wife purchased 3 pizzas today.

She left a tip when she completed the purchase using a credit card.

After the transaction was completed she asked the employee if they receive the tips.

She was told that the owner keeps the tips.

If you want to leave a tip pay the employees in cash.

I do not think it is right that the owner keeps the tips. Tips should be given to the employees that made the pizza and provided good customer service. Not an owner who is ripping off their employees.

I placed an online order for PAPA MURPHY'S 2ND (1145 2nd Street, Brentwood, CA 94513). Drove across town only to find the store was closed. No call, no contact from store. Horrible experience. Not worth the hassle to patronize this franchise. Wasted half an hour of my day and gas.

I ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. I cooked it per instructions. This pizza was phenomenal. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. The sauce not to acidic. The crust was perfect.I would suggest Papa Murphys to anyone that wants a pizza that is delicious and fresh tasting.Teresa Martin

I visited Papa Murphy's for the first time, expecting to choose between take-and-bake or having my pizza cooked in-store, as indicated on their website. However, I was surprised to learn that this particular location only offered take-and-bake, a detail not clearly communicated by the store. When I requested a refund due to this misunderstanding, the request was denied. Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and giggling among themselves rather than providing attentive customer service.
