Good food, but the lady who works there is very unprofessional and rude, very disappointed.

Really disappointing. Mongolian beef really stringy, mostly onions. Peking duck has a bad taste. Seasame chicken has a bad texture. There is something wrong with all of it.

I like this place they give large portions for lunch, everything I've troed is delicious.

Just ok. We ordered a few items, but i only enjoyed the fried rice and orange chicken. The dry fried rubs tasted weird, and the salt pepper prawns were greasy and didn't have a good flavor. The soup was also just ok. I won't be going back.

Have ordered from Papa Chen's multiple times and haven't been disappointed yet. One of my orders was wrong, but they worked with me to get it fixed!

A mom and pop restaurant with good food and reasonably priced. I ordered their bar b que pork buns, combination chow mein and honey walnut shrimp with combination fried rice to go. Delicious!

I rarely eat Chinese food because it's not my top favorite but today is Christmas and nowhere else to go, only this Chinese restaurant opened on Christmas. Surprisingly the food was great, not oily or salty like other Chinese restaurants. They have a large menu with hundreds of options. The Singapore style noodle was not soggy or oily, it's perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chow fun was good with tons of meat. The orange chicken might need more sauce next time, just a little extra sauce would make it x10 better. The amount of food was insane for reasonable price. This 3 container would feed a family of 4.

Consistently delicious food. This is our go to for take out. Notable favorites are the garlic noodles, pot stickers, and hot and sour soup.

I ordered the Orange Beef. It was suppose to be crispy, but it was very soft with no crisp at all. The pieces were at best 95 percent batter, with very little actual meat. I had to dig through the batter to find any meat at all. I also found the person who was at the register to be very unfriendly. - didn't even say thank you for being a customer. I will not go back

We're new to the area and wanted Chinese and this was the only place that came up near by. We ordered their Family Dinner #3 and it was okay but the Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice lacked flavor. Also, the honey walnut shrimp was more like horseradish mayo walnut shrimp. I just wasn't expecting that flavor at all. For $60, I would expect a bit more better quality. The owner, Papa Chen was very nice and accommodating for my order as he took it so the service is A1. We waited about 20 minutes for our food but the anticipation was a bit of a let down.
