We came to this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The staff were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Like many other reviews on here, the food was good, but man those speakers. You do not need those giant speakers in that restaurant, those are speakers that are supposed to be for the Chase Arena or the Staples Center. I couldn't hear my wife or our friends who were sitting directly next to us without losing my voice to my own shouting. Instead, we have a 1.5 hour long text conversation talking about how egregious those speakers are. Just downsize the speakers, and the place and the ambiance is amazing, but with those speakers, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone that wants to be able to hear for the rest of the week. Seriously, if anyone works there for any length of time, and listens to those speakers day in and day out, that will damage their hearing permanently.

We ate on a Saturday before the karaoke session. It felt that the restaurant was understaffed even if the place was only half full. With that said, the kare-kare was available. It was delicious even if the _sarsa_ was on the dry side. The dishes arrived first and had to request for the plates and utensils. (For efficiency, I would suggest having the plates and utensils ready on the table even before customers walk in.)
When we (family) came to visit this place 3 weeks ago, they told me that the "kare-kare" is not available, however, after a couple of minutes the staff came back to tell me it is. I was happy then although I felt bad earlier.

Change my rating from 4 to a two. The wait time is horrible. And the lechon that they gave us was mostly fat. Had to take the Sisig home b/c it took so long to cook.
