The young lady at the cash register was really helpful. It started the day prior as I wanted to pre-order. She Helped me with suggestions as I was a bit confused. She was very patient with this senior person. I also found out a bottle of soda was included. If you want excellent tasting pizza, her heart pizza was a masterpiece, My picture doesn't due justice to her pizza. It was a beautiful red due to her placement of diced tomatoes. This establishment is exceptionally clean, and well organized. I highly recommend this particular Pizza Guys next to Goodwill on Lone Tree.

I always order from this location with no issues. However, today i received a surprise in my pizza. A long strand of hair. Please a suggestion here would be to please use a hairnet while cooking in the kitchen.

Friday nights are pizza nights. We've tried other pizza guys and it never compares to the one in Brentwood/Oakley. They seriously deliver so fast and being able to order online is really easy! Picking up at the location is great too more so because you get a free ice cream or 2L soda. My kids and I love October time because of the pink box and in February they have a heart shaped pizza They've also saved us at a few party's when food runs out! We love the customer service and the pizza!
I haven't been to this branch in many years due to me moving, but I revisited recently and it was just as good as I remember from almost a decade ago. The service inside was quick and friendly, and the food was tasty. I just wish they still gave you a shirt when you picked up your order...

This place has horrible customer service. This is not a one time issue for me. I've ordered from here at least a dozen times. Of those times at least half the time my order has been incorrect. I usually call to see what they can do and I'm typically met with a rude attitude. Today was the last straw. I ordered a pie and for nearly 2 hrs I waited. Finally I called (met with a dismissive attitude this time) and was told they, once again, screwed up my order and had it for a pick up not delivery. So now Im waiting even longer. If this was a one time issue I wouldn't be writing this but it's their normal baseline. I think I'm finally done with Pizza Guys.

The pizza was awful. I feel like I got robbed!! The Pizza was dry, no sauce on the pizza, one pepperoni per slice and very little cheese, you couldn't even taste the cheese!!!!
