There was a bit of a line/wait but her attention to detail, positivity and friendliness was impressive. Just wanted to appreciate her customer service skills and hard work! Thank you! :)

I'll took down my first review. This place has good subs. The manager there is nice and makes your sub as fast as possible. I had an issue in the past with a pickup order, but it was a one time thing.

I have been here twice. Both times, they were understaffed and it took over 25 minutes to get a sandwich. ONE. SINGLE. SANDWICH. The place is poorly managed, so much so, that the people in line were asking one another what kind of sandwiches they were getting, how many, and how long they had been waiting, just to see how long it was actually going to take. Several people then gave up and walked out. I don't know about you, but this isn't a great way to run a business. I hope the owner sees this and decides to change tactics because they need to do SOMETHING.

I wanted to try this place out because we heard it was pretty good. We ordered the Turkey sandwich with avocado, hot roast beef and tuna sandwich. It was pretty good everything was fresh tasty. It's a small place but they do offer seating indoors. We will be back!!

Love, love, LOVE this place! So much better than Subway, as the food tastes better, the service is nicer, and the location always feels relaxing. I'm definitely working my way through the menu, and I'm looking forward to tasting it all!
I used to love port of subs. I have noticed that the quality has substantially lowered in the last few months. Looks like this port of sub is competing with subway in a battle of how little lunch meat can be put on a sandwich and still charge full price. Today I watched as I ordered my daughter a small turkey sandwich and the employee who was training another told her to place 2 slices of lunch meat on the sandwich. It was the most pathetic amount I have ever seen congratulations you beat subway.... was gonna order myself and the wife a sandwich decided to skip ordering ours and yup 7 dollars for a 5 inch piece of bread with two tiny slices of turkey... what a deal...lol FYI there was more mayo than turkey on the sandwich..

I usually stop in about twice a month and am never disappointed with the food. I like that the meats are sliced when you order, rather than being prepackaged/pre-sliced. The owner is super friendly and the employees are as well. Restaurant is clean and I noticed the employees cleaning the food handling immediately after use, as well as frequently washing their hands while making orders. Prices are on point and incredibly fair for what you’re getting. Higher quality food than subway for a better price!
