NOT ALL OF THEM ARE THE SAME!!!I DEFINITELY SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALL THIS LOCATIONSTHE ONE HERE ITS WAY BETTER AND EMPLOYEES ARE MORE OPEN TO HELP CUSTOMERS.THE FOOD IS COOKED BETTER AND SOMEHOW IT TASTES BETTER TOOIM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE.KEEP THE GOOD JOB ?

Stopped by while in town. We were excited as my kids and I love Ramen. The food was great. And Service was spot on. Price was on the higher spectrum but after earing our food we felt it was worth every penny.

So I went here for the first time on my lunch break, ordered inside and left. When I arrived to eat my food my to to tonkatsu ramen had no meat.. I’m pretty sure a veggie one would have been cheaper but I paid extra and there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t return since it was my lunch break.. very disappointed

Although the plating looks great. I had to give this place 3 stars Unagi bowl and squid were delicious. However, I the bbq combo the meat combo wasn’t the best. It was overly dry . And very disappointing.

Been hoping for excellent Ramen in Brentwood…Ramen 101 checked off all the boxes! Their online ordering makes it super simple…want it spicy - choose that! Want it non-spicy - choose that! Want to add/delete items (I am not a fan of egg or fish cake) they make it easy! Some of the best Tonkatsu broth I’ve had…completely gelatinous the next day, so they boiled those bones a long time! Highly recommend!
