Red Robin restaurant does not allow outside Wine Bottles and there is no such thing as corkage fees. It is the ONLY restaurant in California to take this stance that I have seen this. I totally undestand their stance, maybe this a sign they are in financial trouble.

We waited 45min outside after we gave our name and another 20min at the table for the order to be taken Only to be told it will be another 30min for the food to arrive as there are new ppl in the kitchen. We had to leave as we had kids in our group. Not good experience.
Still can give 5 stars for their burgers ?

They have one of the best Gourmet burgers ?. Lotta parking and nice ambience. Nice location with high street stores. Right at the exit for convenience. Wait times are quiet longer so book in advance. Have many handicap ♿️ parking available. prices are very reasonable.

They took forever to bring out my daughters food, only provided refills when asked, and couldn't get the order right the first time around. The staff was friendly, just not helpful or really motivated.

I have gone to eat many times and I go frequently, I have only had to wait once for a table, in general I always find a free one, the service is always good, they fulfill every wish you have in the food, the refill is free and although it is very Full there is still someone always available and waiting in case you need more drinks or something else, the food is delicious, especially their hamburgers are my favorite thing, my only complaint is about the cleanliness of the bathrooms (in my case for women) they need more cleaning the cups are always dirty as if they cleaned once a month, I wish they could improve this since their employees are very friendly and the food is very good

I used to eat at Red Robin all the time when I was a kid and thankfully in my adulthood it’s still good. Although they got our order wrong. They immediately fixed the problem and even took off an item from our bill. Our waitress even let us know that she was going on her lunch and introduced the other server to us.

I have reviewed this establishment recently for the host Greg. I would like to address my server, Tommy he has amazing customer service suggesting many menu items I find appealing and appetizing. The Honey Chicken burger was amazing and from Tommy’s suggestion I enjoyed my meal. Fast service and great communication 5 stars well deserved.

I have eaten here many times and the food is consistently good. There are a lot of options on the menu and the food is always hot and fresh when it comes out to the table.
I enjoy the variety of options on the menu.

The Mad Love Burger is an absolute favorite! So happy they decided to return it to the menu!!!

There is a full bar and their specialty cocktails are pretty tasty. Decent beer selection, however they have been out of some standard stock beers on more than one occasion; Coors light, etc.

The only downside with coming here is that sometimes they are very busy and even the bar is hard to find a seat in. On multiple occasions service has been very slow, especially in the bar, when the bartender trying to wait tables as well as tending the bar.

On prior visits it was a very long wait to get "bottomless fry" refills, which kind of negates the bottomless part. I will say on a recent visit they did much better.

Parking: It can be crowded close to the entrance, but there's a huge lot to walk from. Shopping center parking.

Kid-friendliness: Tons of menu options for the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor entrance an easy access.

My family & I were in the mood for burgers & Red Robin was the 1st choice , our servers Kiera & David were splendid & Kiera even checked with management about my child’s birthday gift that she forgot about & Kiera processed the gift. The food was exactly as the Red Robin slogan ‘YUM’, we actually opted for chicken , the crispy chicken sandwich , chips & mine was even better the teriyaki chicken char grill flavor with melted cheese & btw… Red Robin really came through with CRISPY sweet fries, not an easy feat. The peach lemonade refreshing. It was this Mom’s FIRST visit to a Red Robin & it was 110%?YUM. Thank you Red Robin , Kiera & David , we’ll be back !
