I came in for dinner w/ my Niece her husband three of my very active and boisterous nephews.

Our server, Greg, treated all of us with friendliness and respect. He did more than handle our orders. He anticipated the boys needs. Awesome service.

Had the opportunity to go here for the first time with a brother of mine. The service was top notch as we're the burgers. Greg gave us 5 star service and we would like to give Kudos to management for hiring people like him.

We were at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. Several minutes passed before server came by. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Very bland and no teriyaki flavor let alone visible sauce. The onion rings were quite good and chicken tenders were typical fast food fare. Also felt like we were annoying the server with each request we made, such as asking for a knife and fork as none were provided. Probably NOT likely to dine there again.

5 of us came in off the road with two kids so the service was helpful in keeping the kids occupied.

Twice i beem there and everytime its full and busy takes forever to get an order. So they have one waitress attending to 12 people. But thats not the part that i dislike. The part that i find amazing is this is a burger joint that all they do and 2 of 2 times i been there they undercook the meat or forget a part of the meal. If you want medium ask for medium well. Medium equals uncooked. Im over that place already. Manager was very helpful and professional and fixed the situation but when your party os already done eating and yiur still wsiting there for your plate the food will never taste good.

Terrible. My wife and I were visiting out of state where we have been to several Red Robin’s including the one near our residence. The service of those restaurants were great where I continue visit. However, this restaurant was terrible. As a retiree, we went to this particular restaurant to celebrate our granddaughter’s school promotion where I treated my family, party of 11, to dinner. We were seated and the server immediately brought everyone water. About 20 minutes later we ordered some appetizers. The server took our order but didn’t bother to ask if we wanted drinks. We gave it a few minutes then I had to ask the server we would like to order drinks. Our appetizers arrived along with our drinks. The server eventually came and took our order. About an hour later we were still waiting on our meals. I approached the manager and told him about our delayed order. The manager didn’t seemed to be concerned. When our meals arrived, we requested to-go containers due to the time of night we received our meals and a couple of my family members needed to be elsewhere. We were seated about 7:30 pm and didn’t receive our food other than the appetizer until 9:00 pm. Ridiculous!!!!! I will never come to this restaurant again.

Party of five on Saturday night - we got lucky with zero wait at 7pm and had AWESOME service from Kiera! A+ experience and a fantastic experience over other Red Robin restaurants in the Bay Area and Washington state.

Red Robin in Brentwood delivered a fantastic dining experience! We started with the chips and guac—crispy, perfectly salted chips paired with creamy, flavorful guacamole. For the main course, we ordered chicken burgers, and they were absolutely delicious—juicy, well-seasoned, and served on soft, fresh buns with all the right toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re in the area and craving a satisfying meal, Red Robin Brentwood is definitely worth a visit!
