Bad. I've been here a lot due to the closeness to shopping but this time was just bad. Long waits, no refills and long waits.

Got the burger deal for $9.99. It was a great deal and just the right amount of food.

I want to give a five-star review to our server — Will!! He had amazing energy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and provided prompt, attentive service. He was also very mindful of my daughter’s gluten-free and dairy-free allergies, which we truly appreciated. Excellent experience all around!

Red Robin delivered a wonderful lunch! We order 2 great hamburgers with everything on them and with fries. The fries were wonderful and huge. The hamburgers were absolutely delicious. The service was Great and the atmosphere was relaxed. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. In addition, we order 3 hamburgers & fries to go with the everything on them for my family at home. The hamburgers were still hot when we got home. My family, my sister, brother-in-law, and friend at home stated that they had never had such a great hamburger anywhere. We are all looking forward to returning to Red Robin soon !!! If you’re in the area and craving a great meal, Red Robin Brentwood is definitely worth a visit! Thank you for the great food and service !!!

Hella dirty, took me as a customer maybe 30 seconds to lay down this leaf. What would be so hard about doing that nightly or in between customers

We were there on a Monday evening at 7pm. The place was empty pretty much. Probably less than 15 people. Their Strawberry Lemonade was fire! Real Strawberries in it. It was delicious. Everyone else had burgers, Fish & Chips, & salads. And they all cleaned their plates - they loved the food. R.R. was always a favorite of ours. I haven't been to one since 2016. If you just want good simple foods, and decent drinks, it's a good place.

Horrible, service, server a one man show as a host, seating people, waiting tables in an entire section without assist, bartending, making drinks, slow to serve or check on ustomers, didn't know RR app.. Fries were left out under heat lamps and then served Luke warm. Burger was ordered medium rare and I received medium well. C'mon RR, get your only job done right. What a shame.

Barely any meat on the ribs. The endless salad was warm and not very fresh. Not very pleased with the food this time around. Won't be coming here again.

There were two couples, we wanted lunch. Waitress told us a 5 minute wait to allow their one server to catch up with the 4 tables occupied. This is 3pm on a Thursday. Really they could seat us and hand us menu's? This is being told to us by one person as another stood by and listened. We left and if I was given a gift card for Red Robin I'd give it away. I ate at their Bayfair location almost every Friday night in the mid 80s with my wife and 2 boys. Wow how times change. Never again.
