Ordered personal gourmet veggie pizza. Pizza was tasty, pretty consistent with other around Table Pizzas. Service was not so welcoming. Soda machine was broken. There was no water since the machine was broken. There was no salad bar like other Round Table Pizzas

Avoid this Place like the Plague! very Bad Pizza (Burnt), Hardly any veggies on a Veggie specialty Pizza, Hardly any cheese. No use complaining, they will not remake it or refund your money. There are signs of desperation at this and other Locations. They are trying to Nickel & Dime you By charging for dressing for salads, No TV, Hardly any customers or customer Service! Avoid it.

We’ve lived in Brentwood our whole lives , every once in awhile we give this round table another chance because they’re always terrible. Don’t know how over this many years they can be soo consistently bad! Never agian for me .

First time trying to order roundtable pizza was today. Placed the order online for the Sand Creek Location in Brentwood Ca (Norcal) 2 small cauliflower crust pizza and bone-in wings. Got a call from 925-240-8778 saying the had no bone in wings. At least i guess they saod sorry. Lol first time ever trying this place and not impressed. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience either.

Invoice number 37 5:45 pm 07/27/24 This place is horrible. I just tried to doordash from this place. One of the pizzas was wrong so i had doordash set it up to deliver the personal pizza that was supposed to be a jalapeno and pineapple pizza that was for someone that is allergic to pepperoni. After talking to doordash they agreed to get in contact to send the correct item we waited for the right item to be delivered. And lone behold they dropped off the same exact pizza. Someone at this sand creek location cant read pineapple, maybe they are dislexic i dont know, aftwr looking at the items i find spit on the pizza they sent. Im beyond disgusted and i will be escalating this further.

food was great but round table is really cruel to their employees. their ac has been out for months and its been getting up to 110 in brentwood and they’re not allowed to close by corporate. this location used to have 4/5 employees working but after the california fast food pay increase i only ever see one worker working. and theyre not allowed to accept tips anymore because they get ‘paid too much’? thats crazy i feel so bad for the workers there i hope they reach out to a labor board or something.

No air conditioning and they said it had been out for 2 months. Workers were pleasant but visibly sweating. No appetizing and down right cruel to the staff. If I hadn't been there ordering I would boycott just for health conditions.

Air conditioning doesn’t work. It has to be 100' in here. Employee said it has been broke for 2 months. Only one employee working the register and making the pizzas because management told them to cut back people hours. I feel sorry for these mistreated Employees. I can’t imagine having to work next to an oven in addition to it being so hot. (108’ outside today).

Had cheese pizza with wings. Pizza was delicious but the wings had too much fat. Service was not bad at all. Asked for extra ranch and they provided 3 so that’s a +. Highly recommended RT.

Ordered online. Cold pizza and olives instead of ranch. Did not think pizza could be difficult to make but they proved me wrong. Unfortunate because round table is my favorite but whoever manages this one is over their head.

Placed my order and waited 20 minutes. I saw my order on the window, and figured they would call me to get my order as soon as they were taking care of customer in line.I thought maybe my pizza wasn’t done yet and the boxes were empty. Saw the boxes placed below the counter, still thinking the order wasn’t completely ready.Waited another 20 minutes until person who ordered after me picked up their food.I asked for my food and simply got the pizza that was sitting under the counter. No apology. I was sitting next to order area. Place was not that busy…Customer service could be better.
