I came here with my group of friends and two dogs in tow. We were originally going to another cherry farm, but at 11am on a Saturday, it was very congested and most cherry farms closed to more cars. Fortunately, we saw on Google maps that there was this family farm a bit farther away from the main street Sellers, so we thought we might have a better chance. We were right! Not only did they not have lines, but there was an abundant amount of parking on the street. They are dog friendly, just make sure to pick up after your dogs and dispose of it properly. They provide buckets lined with bags for you. Although they were running low, so some of us shared the buckets. It is cash only, so make sure you are carrying enough for what you pick. They were charging $3/pound in May, so that was a great price! The cherry trees are not that tall so ladders are not required but they do have ladders around if you want to grab the ones at the very top. It's so great that they allow you to try any cherries at the farm. We found that the very dark cherries were the sweetest.

I visited on 5/23/2021 in the morning for u pick cherries. It's a small place, with only a dozen or two parking spots and there was no wait. The cherries are on the smaller side and some of have already shriveled up. However the remaining ones taste pretty good, especially the bings. Most trees near the entrance have already been picked clean. We spent most of our time in the back, where there were still a few trees with lots of cherries. In the end we picked about 4 lbs ($3.50/pound) which took about an hour.

Went cherry picking today and noticed most farms were closed or full. There was a line to get into this farm and one of the worker was super nice and apologized for the wait. We were just happy they were allowing people to wait to enter and didn't close the farm for picking (this was only around noon time on Sunday). The farm could only allow new parties to come in as they get the buckets back to limit the place from being too crowded. The price is $3.50/lb. Spoke with the staff while we checked out (there is a line to check out FYI)and she was surprised there was such a crowd this weekend considering it's not Memorial weekend yet. She recommended if you go 8-9am then it's not too bad. Our boys enjoyed the two horses at the farm on the way out. Will definitely come back here again.

Every year they have cherry picking which I felt was enjoyable. Friendly staff. They have a lot of animals like horse, sheep's, lama and others. Well kept place.

Cherries and the actual picking were great. Customer service at the front upon arriving was NOT great. Took a long time to get their attention despite me trying to make eye contact/smiling and them ignoring us for about 5 minutes. There were two people there, not busy, and neither seemed interested to help.

The whole cherry picking experience was great. The owners manage the farm well and greet their customers with lot of warmth.. I will definitely go there again.

We had a great time at Salvador Family Farm! There were a lot of cherries, the staff was friendly, and it wasn't overcrowded. The farm animals were a fun addition to our morning. We will definitely be back next year!

Not a good experience at the Salvador cherry farm this holiday weekend 2019! First and last time I'll visit this farm. I'm super sorry folks / but at three dollars a pound' -- These fruits should've been in better shape, as they appeared rotten or half eaten by Maybe insects, maybe birds or rodents? 50 percent of my dark cherries were bad, I know it's difficult to control nature but they don't appear to have been monitored or cared for, I don't want to get into details but I want you to be aware. This was a bad experience for my family,

I love Bing cherries and the first time I went here their Bings were so sweet and crunchy. The last time I went, the cherries were not the same but I knew the weather affected a lot of the cherry farms so that was out of their control. What I love about this farm are their animals. My favorite is Don Juan the donkey. I haven't been here in awhile so not sure if he's still around but he made me smile. He was in the middle of the field and I was saying hi to the horses because they were by the fence but when I waved and said, "Hi Don Juan!" He walked over to us and allowed us to pet him. He is so smart and sweet. I miss him just writing this.
