Disappointed that this coffee shop won’t fill personal mugs for “sanitary reasons”. I prefer to support local establishments when possible but likely won’t return.

We really used to like coming here for milkshakes. Unfortunately the kids hired to represent this place are very rude and not accommodating. We would go a few times a week to get milkshakes but now we are told they only offer 2 flavor milkshakes even though they have a large inventory of flavors. We asked for birthday cake milkshakes which is what my son always gets. We were told no and that they only offer vanilla and some other flavor that we didn't want. We will now go elsewhere that is more accommodating.

Consider it an “upscale ice cream shop!” Has a small selection of ice creams and Italian ice and an even smaller selection of bakery goods. Small selection of toppings and coffee type drinks. Few tables inside to sit and only 2 more outside. Parking is street parking and you need to take one as soon as you see it available. The wait is insanely long! Over $4 for a tiny “mini” cup of Italian ice (about one large scoop) and that was all we ordered. It took 15+ minutes to get it. There was only 1 person in line ahead of us and the inside tables were full as well as 1 of the 2 outside tables so we took the last outside one available. The music inside was so loud, I could barely hear my name and if I was standing outside (like the person at the 2nd outdoor table) I would not have heard my name being called. 3 employees working, one taking orders and when nobody was in line didn’t do much of anything. 1 getting orders and the 3rd filling an ice machine? For me to wait for one scoop of Italian ice that cost almost $5! You decide if this is a place for you!

Love the family here and the amount of choices they offer. From breakfast items all the way to holiday ice cream specials you name it. Vicky and Joshua (the owners) are the nicest people who are always want their customers to have the best experience they can get.

Avocado Toast Bomb .com I go every so often to get the avocado toast. Today's experience was a fucking disaster & Im quite annoyed about it ! 1st , I called in my order over the phone. I get there im waiting at the register for 10 minutes before anyone even arrives there. I tell him what I ordered he says "ok" proceeds to take the guys order behind him lets him pay for his food then gets back to me, Oh I can take your payment , I'm standing looking confused asf because what do you think IM STANDING AT THE REGISTER FOR ? 1st order WRONG ! Only gave avocado toast ! Over easy egg ! I asked for Avocado toast with Bacon & an over hard egg . 2nd Order WRONG AGAIN ; gave me avocado toast with tomatoes & balsamic vinegar WTF 3rd order ; finally RIGHT ! all in all I waited damn near 40 minutes for a piece of toast ! Not to add I was rudely dis serviced unbelievable Smh & to think I visit pretty frequent
Love it every time! Definitely going back, my son loves the Italian ice and I had the gingerbread chai latte, deliciousness! Also loved the avocado toast

Sip & Scoop has been the absolute best ever since the business has opened. From their coffee to their ice cream and everything in between never, ever disappoints. For this visit I got the Birthday Cake and Cookie Dough ice cream flavors. Super good ice cream with great portions for a great price. Lots of unique flavors too and the employees were so helpful with recommendations. The business is family-run and I've known Vicky and her family for years now. Some of the kindest people in Brentwood, which makes total sense because the overall ambiance translates! It's always so festive related to the current time of the year. Love Sip & Scoop

I came in for breakfast for my first time and ordered two scones. A pumpkin one and a maple praline. Delicious!!!I decided to come back and try lunch. I had an avocado and bacon toast. Again, delicious!!!I was very pleased with their food choices!I did notice that the owner employed students, and I love it! It is often hard for them to get their first jobs, and by the owner giving them the opportunity, it was refreshing to see them practicing their customer service skills. For my visits, they are nailing it! Way to go, owner, and way to go employees!
