The Senorita bread was really good warm, but after it cooled down, it was just ok. The Bavarian cream pastry was awful and the cream tasted fake, like really fake ?The raspberry pastry was better. However the sugar on the outside gets everywhere and imho it's unnecessary.

You can't beat it! Seniorita's are so addicting! Soft, bite sized, sweet, warm goodness. It takes me 1-2 bites and boom, it's in my tummy! Grab a box for you & your family (separate boxes, ya know, so you get more for yourself). But seniorita's are not the only good thing they have! They have tons of other Filipino baked goods as well as good ole pan de sal! Staff is always nice and helpful with a smile. Starbread is great for either something quick, work, or even parties! They always have it ready.

This place does one thing that blows away everything else..it's señorita bread..if u never had it..it's like the tips of a crossaint warmed up in some buttery goodness..amazing! For me that's all I need ..my kids on the other hand have tried there super huge "donut holes" they said there ok..atmosphere..no were to sit byt who cares your in n out so doesn't matter

I was at Mabuhay getting my lumpias for a party and was excited to see Starbread Bakery- now I don't have to go all the way to Pittsburg anymore! These darn yummy soft breadsticks are quite addicting!!! I don't know if anyone else has this in the morning for breakfast, but this is a nice breakfast for the kids or adults with nice chai tea on the side or warm milk. Heck, great for afternoon tea or any time of the day bc you will be munching on them! Oh my and those sugar coated plump round donuts with strawberry or raspberry filling or custard- oh my goodness! Yummy better than any donut at other places bc it is so pillowy soft. I cannot get out of there trying the other items too so I end up buying a lot! I got the empanadas- this is a bit different than Spanish ones which seem fried( good also), this one is baked with a slightly sweet harder crust- good picadillo inside! There is also a version with soft pillowy bun with picadillo inside- I liked this one even better bc it was soft, but both are good! Pineapple, cheese and ham in a bread roll thing was ok. The garlic peanuts were also under the addictive category. Biscocho is like small hard toast buttered and sprinkled with sugar which I would think( at least what I did!) to dip it into coffee or chai. Kind of like a rusk taste/feel and not like biscotti as the name may suggest. This was ok- maybe something for breakfast, I think by the time I tried everything else I was done with sugar for awhile lol! I may have preferred this as plain actually but this was just ok for me and I probably won't get this one again. I just wanted to try the different things they had available. Their coffee machines have not come in yet for their fancy coffees but I like my black anyway so I was fine on a chilly day getting my black coffee to offset all that sweetness! Note kids love that Starbread! Very clean and friendly staff! I see those Best Bakery signs given by Brentwood Press and voted by the citizens. I hope they bring in the lumpias, especially the vegetarian ones which I really like and go all the way to Pittsburg for! They said they can cater lumpias too which is good! They don't want to open it as a cafe with seating due to liability reasons they said- too bad bc this would be a nice cafe to meet up with friends! Suggestion: Maybe add boba drinks and little appetizers like fried chicken wings or deli takeout with chicken adobo? I know I would like that, but maybe competition with Mabuhay.
Great place for good pastries they opened on time! The staff was very attentive and worked fast!

Bread still served fresh from the oven. They have donuts with filling, like ube, nutella, bavarian, they also have empanada, ham and cheese and many more. They don't have table and chairs to sit but service is fast.
