Went yo Safeway in the store to get a Starbucks. The guy working there was not knowledgeable about how to make my or my husband drink, which was a simple latte. The lady before me Was returning her Vente latte to get it fixed, and then I will next. Yes man took my order without writing anything down and then telling me he could remember because it was too detail. Then he started writing it down on the cup. He grabbed my cup with his fingers on the inside. I asked him if I can get a different cup. He got bothered and set our drinks down and started cleaning the blender Call the other side of the counter and I didn’t take a blender. He. just kept ignoring that I was there, and when I just still stood there waiting for my coffee, he walked back over to where the coffee Cups were sitting and asked me if I needed something. Asked for a supervisor she sent somebody else to help and that woman asked him what was going on. He was rude to her something. She called me a B.I.T.C.H. And told me she didn’t want to hear my bad energy. That was the most horrible store ever gone to. The manager was apologetic. However, I would not go that store to get a Starbucks or anything. It was a very scary experience. The store is number 55cir.cical.YRENA in the town of mountain house CA 95391 right near Brentwood California. Please, dear Claire.. Turns out, there was a Starbucks in that very center a real store, and they were wonderful! We were traveling back home to Arizona, we know the area and didn’t realize there was another storm there a regular Starbucks.

why are some of the best employees leaving and people with TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE food handling service are appearing ??? ? the only spectacular employees left are nakeyah, maycie, and aide… what happened safeway??

This place gave me free water, even though I offered to pay for it. Helpful staff!

The employees there need to make sure to wear their hair up and out of there face. Literally had a barista guy his hair all over the place so long couldn’t even see his eyes. Really they are food handlers!! The manager should really have that conversation on grooming. Same with the Corporate. You need to do better.

Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.

HOW DISGUSTINGI WAS ABOUT TO GET A DEINK AT THIS LOCATION WHEN I NOTICED THE GIRL MAKING THE DRINKS WAS RINGING UP PEOPLETOUCHING CASH AND SHE WENT AHEAD AND STARTED MAKING A DRINK WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDSTERRIBLE TERRIBLE SPECIALLY RIGHT NOW WITH COVID GOING ON

Upon a recent visit to this location, there was a customer in front of me being served. I have had Starbuck croissants before, flaky, delicious & with wonderful 'famed' Starbuck's service. The day I visited was not one of them. To be fair, it may have been an 'off day'. The service was average/fair, certainly not of the 'famed' Starbuck's service. The croissant received, of course, due to covid19, was in a plastic sealed wrapper. There was an expiration date, which expired the following day, so the item was still current. Upon unsealing, there was no flaky texture, no golden brown. It was buttery tasting & which was appreciated. I will wait a bit before I visit next. It is presently a 'meza-meza' suggestion.
