So I went to this Starbucks 4 minutes ago and I ordered a Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher And it came out looking brown and when I tasted it it was Coffee! How do you mix up blackberrys with coffee?! This is absolutely outrageous, Do better Starbucks.
Some big back rude lady got upset because she heard my order wrong and i had to correct her 3 times. Then does this! Worst group of idiots @ this location DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE

Dog owners, beware! It seems that Starbucks is no longer allowing customers to bring their dogs inside to purchase a coffee, get a pup cup for their dog, or use their restrooms, regardless of whether a purchase is made. Over the years, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks, but I will no longer support this corporation in any way. They used to be dog-friendly—offering pup cups was proof of that—but unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.
Very rude employee here! Can they practice customer service in this Starbucks!

Terrible and rude customer service. Refuses to answer quick questions at the window after closing off the lobby. We didn't want to waste our time or block the drive thru lane and just wanted to ask about a mug but the perk at the window just gets mad that we can't be there to ask a simple question if they had a certain mug or not.

I went to order few drinks. It’s in my neighborhood and every time my friend comes we would take there to get drinks but I do not think I would go here again because customers service is worst here ..cashier wouldn’t ask any cross questions and took my wrong order and and she would just leave …another lady who provided drinks wouldn’t pronounce my name ..she would keep all my stuff there I had to know …most people here are racist …worst customer service I have ever felt in any other Starbucks
