How are you gonna take 20 minutes to make a drink while 3 of your employees are just standing around and the manager is there… you pay your employees to slack off and not do work also…Being rude to people who pay money to buy your crap coffee is insane… dutch bros is wayy better than that also better atmosphere.

So I went to this Starbucks 4 minutes ago and I ordered a Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher And it came out looking brown and when I tasted it it was Coffee! How do you mix up blackberrys with coffee?! This is absolutely outrageous, Do better Starbucks.
Some big back rude lady got upset because she heard my order wrong and i had to correct her 3 times. Then does this! Worst group of idiots @ this location DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE

Dog owners, beware! It seems that Starbucks is no longer allowing customers to bring their dogs inside to purchase a coffee, get a pup cup for their dog, or use their restrooms, regardless of whether a purchase is made. Over the years, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks, but I will no longer support this corporation in any way. They used to be dog-friendly—offering pup cups was proof of that—but unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.
