Me and my friend went into the subway and immediately felt the energy was off, the worker didn’t acknowledge our presence until 5 mins later (mind you there was no one else in line) and then when he finally did he spoke in an extremely low tone, and I couldn’t hear anything he said. I said “ sorry what was that?” and he repeated what he said in the low tone. I repeated myself again and he yelled at the top of his lungs saying “ARE YOU BUYING A SANDWICH??” Extremely rudely. He proceeded to be extremely rude when we asked for our toppings and when we asked what came on a certain sandwich. He threw a receipt at us without saying anything for us to read for ourselves. Overall the customer service was horrible and we almost debated just walking out instead of getting anything.

As soon as I walked into the establishment the guy behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me or my friend. After a few minutes of waiting to be helped, he then turned around looking very irritated, and asked us if we wanted a sandwich in a very low tone. My friend then said “I’m sorry what did you say?” to the worker and he repeated himself again in a very low manner. My friend asked him again “i’m sorry what was that?” To that the worker then yelled at the top of his lungs “DID YOU WANT A SANDWICH!” The other worker who was sitting in a chair then laughed in the corner looking at us. Mind you there was no one in the restaurant but us. No line or anything. My friend then says yes in response. After he yelled at us for no reason we could tell the environment was not very welcoming at all and he had a problem with us. His attitude was really bad, I don’t know why he was being so rude. He continued to make our sandwich and as he’s asking us along what we want on it, I tell him I want mayonnaise on my sandwich. He then looks up at me very slowly with a blank stare and then rolls his eyes and grabs the mayonnaise very aggressively and puts it on the sandwich in a fast manner. Then slams it back down where it goes. After he finished making our sandwiches, I asked him what was on a sandwich they were giving away, and instead of telling me what was on it, he threw the receipt at my face for me to look at it myself. After we paid he was still very rude, no have a nice day or anything. Overall very bad experience will never be going to this subway again.

Definitely zero stars for poor customer service and time management I doesn’t take u 15 minutes to fix one sandwich this man not only wasted my whole break but wouldn’t give any discount for his horrible attitude and service people spend too much money for yall attitudes to be nasty 2:34pm January 25th

The sandwich itself wasn't bad. But, unfriendly staff. And I didn't receive any napkins in the bag like the other subways. And I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. If I remember correctly they used to have the best soft cookies. This one was as hard as a rock. This is the worst subway and the parking is terrible.

Not good customer service!

I asked if there were any deals right when I walked in and a female employee said no, (although I’ve recently seen that the meal deal has been advertised at many subways)…

Then at the register I asked for chips and a drink to make it a meal. I had my daughters with me and was distracted when I went ahead and paid with Apple Pay and didn’t see that I got charged 3.99 for the fountain drink and 2.69 for the chips, until after I paid.

I went on to ask her why it was so expensive and said I simply wanted a meal and it should’ve been at a lower price.

She argued with me and said because I didn’t get the small drink. I think that she should’ve told me ahead of time. She wouldn’t change the price afterwards, even though I hadn’t put anything in the cup yet.

She said she couldn’t do it because of their system and no one else was there to do it even though there were two employees.

I went to this subway at 2455 Brentwood unit F65 store I’m very dissatisfied with service the quality of the bread wasn’t baked enough and the Vega tables some not fresh and the person that was serving he didn’t even change his gloves prior handling the food touching money with gloves and cash register using same gloves the kids that was ordering after me they probably didn’t notice it .. never ever again coming back at this place

DO NOT GO there such a scam paid 42$ for 2 subs and when i asked why he said cheese is extra,avocado is extra, egg is extra when one of the subs was ham egg and cheese so how egg is extra, and I think customers should be notified that some stuff are extra don’t expect everyone have been to subway and know prices and what’s extra and what’s not, PLUS employee was on his phone in dining room with gloves on and never changed them until we asked him to change them , veggies look really old and not healthy , just a horrible experience here
