When you ask for zero sugar make sure they know that you're allergic to high fructose corn syrup if you are because sometimes they get in a hurry and just hand you whatever but if you tell them that you really can't have it they will make sure you don't get it and they have more zero sugar options than most of the other restaurants as far as Beverages and and their food usually doesn't have it in there maybe one sauce does out of all of them but most of them are safe for people with diabetes or allergies that are sensitive to sugar

People who work there are always nice and friendly and I only go to drive thru but area is cool . The food is way way over priced for what you get taco bell should be really cheap.because its not that great of food thats just how its always been. Good tacos for cheap out of there for $10 not any more. It was 28 when I went the other day and 30 the time before that u can get real Mexican food for that price kinda rediculous .

new to town, been to this location a few times. I have a specific custom order I like and twice now John at the drive thru has been extremely helpful and skilled in getting my order right, while simultaneously being friendly, courteous, and professional. Hes a hard worker who deserves credit for his skill. Give him a raise and consistent opportunities for customer facing positions, he has a knack for it!
The drive thru speed is better later at night, but its never been terrible. I haven't been inside but have seen through the window each time that it looks nice inside and is kept clean.

It must have been boys night for Cinco de Mayo, as the all male crew seemed more interested in chatting than getting the order correct. The meal was supposed to be in a box, but our order was combined in a bag. It took a minute to separate the orders and to realize we were short food. No napkins, no offer of sauces, but they dropped a handful of packets for the car in front of us on the ground.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered a cheese quesadilla with no sauce and a side of chips, as I always do. However, when the employee entered my order into the system, he put chips and cheese instead of just chips. I told him I only wanted a side of chips, not chips and cheese, but he insisted that they could only sell chips with cheese and that I would have to pay for it that way.
I found this strange because every time I order at this location, the system always has the option for just a side of chips. When I got to the window, I asked again if they had put the correct item, and the employee asked me, "Oh, you still want to order it?" I told him I had already ordered it from the beginning, but he repeated that they could only sell chips with cheese.
Since there was another employee at the window who I recognized from previous visits, I asked the one helping me if he could check with him to see where in the system it says side of chips. Instead of checking, he just made a whatever gesture and said, "He is not the manager," then walked away.
A moment later, he returned and said, "Yeah, so my manager says we can’t do just chips. I’ll have to charge you for chips and cheese." This was odd to me because I have always been able to order just chips at this same location without any problem.
Overall, it was frustrating to experience this sudden change with no clear explanation. The lack of effort to verify my request made the situation even more disappointing.
This has to be the slowest taco bell ever! Either they have a bunch of idiots that work here or management is just horrible.

The food Taco Bell is all about how the food tastes. Everything else really doesn't matter except the cleanliness of course. If the food sucks then it could make someone not visit again for a quite a long time. That's what happened to me . So I visited this one and it was better. But the prices are way out of my league. I bought 2 Mexican pizzas 2 regular tacos and 2 med sodas totaling $28. Is that right? I couldn't believe it. Anyway the place is always busy they must be making a fortune.
