This place was absolutely ridiculous! We waited over 30 minutes in the take out line. No one took our order in line.After paying we waited another 30 minutes at the window for my order. I have been asked three times to remind the employee what my order was. In the meantime there are several other orders getting cold sitting in the counter. There are many employees working behind the counter, but no one seems interested in helping anyone. I am confused who runs this place at nights and management needs to step it up and do something. This is the most frustrating experience. I would have left if I hadn’t been blocked in by other cars and paid. To top it all off the food is cold and my order is wrong.

Everytime I visit this Taco Bell they ALWAYS mess something up on my order. And the food is mediocre at best. This time I ordered a bean burrito didn’t even get it, I added specifications for my double stacked taco and they didn’t listen and my Cinnabon delites were completely cold in the middle. I think from now on I’ll go a little further to the Taco Bell that actually gets my orders right….

Worst Taco Bell in Brentwood! Kids make the food at night and hold the line up intentionally. Those same kids forget to put food in your bag, undercook the food, or just don’t make the order correct with the ingredients it’s supposed to have. The food doesn’t taste like anything but dry tortilla. Do not recommend.

This store on Brentwood Blvd is a ridiculous place. They should educate their employees about loud music, which is inappropriate for a store where people with families eat. I was ordering my food at the window and couldn't hear them because they had the music too loud. It was around 10:35 p.m.

When you ask for zero sugar make sure they know that you're allergic to high fructose corn syrup if you are because sometimes they get in a hurry and just hand you whatever but if you tell them that you really can't have it they will make sure you don't get it and they have more zero sugar options than most of the other restaurants as far as Beverages and and their food usually doesn't have it in there maybe one sauce does out of all of them but most of them are safe for people with diabetes or allergies that are sensitive to sugar
People who work there are always nice and friendly and I only go to drive thru but area is cool . The food is way way over priced for what you get taco bell should be really cheap.because its not that great of food thats just how its always been. Good tacos for cheap out of there for $10 not any more. It was 28 when I went the other day and 30 the time before that u can get real Mexican food for that price kinda rediculous .

new to town, been to this location a few times. I have a specific custom order I like and twice now John at the drive thru has been extremely helpful and skilled in getting my order right, while simultaneously being friendly, courteous, and professional. Hes a hard worker who deserves credit for his skill. Give him a raise and consistent opportunities for customer facing positions, he has a knack for it!
The drive thru speed is better later at night, but its never been terrible. I haven't been inside but have seen through the window each time that it looks nice inside and is kept clean.

It must have been boys night for Cinco de Mayo, as the all male crew seemed more interested in chatting than getting the order correct. The meal was supposed to be in a box, but our order was combined in a bag. It took a minute to separate the orders and to realize we were short food. No napkins, no offer of sauces, but they dropped a handful of packets for the car in front of us on the ground.
