I rate the service and atmosphere a 10/10 Even the boba was amazing; I was impressed. The food on the other hand was beyond bad. We ordered 5 Bahn Mi sandwiches with stale bread, no cilantro, and dry interiors.

This place is our go to every week. We've tried lots of the other boba/tea places in the area and none of them treat us like we're treated here. While this place is a bit further from our house, we still make the drive thanks to the fun atmosphere (they host gaming tournaments) and the owner always makes us feel welcome and remembered on top of the excellent selection of drinks.

Bahn mi sandwiches are disgusting. Given looking for bahn mi sandwiches around brentwood. Drinks are alright but food out here are catered to white people taste buds.. flavorless food.

Definitely my favorite boba shop I’ve ever been too. I’ve tried other places but nothing can beat Tea Spot. I literally come here almost every week at this point. It’s just so unique and different from other places and the prices are definitely worth it!
