Maybe I came on an off-day but Tea Spot was not great. The milk tea did not have a strong enough tea flavor, it was overly sweet and the boba itself was hard and not cooked well. I'm glad others like it though. I feel like there's much better boba places.

This place is our go to every week. We've tried lots of the other boba/tea places in the area and none of them treat us like we're treated here. While this place is a bit further from our house, we still make the drive thanks to the fun atmosphere (they host gaming tournaments) and the owner always makes us feel welcome and remembered on top of the excellent selection of drinks.

This is by far the best tea place I've ever been to, and iv been to quite a lot around the US. The flavor of the actual tea used in the drinks is so strong and distinct! Simply amazing, chefs kiss, 10/10.

Best boba in Brentwood, hands down. I came in to try it and got greeted with a large selection, great customer service and a place to relax and enjoy my drink. How much better can it get?

Tea Spot is great, but I've found that my drinks aren't often mixed super well so I have to take them home and blend them again myself. I love their Taro King milk tea, it's really good and they have non-dairy options available. They also have sandwiches and small bites that are actually pretty good. I like their popcorn chicken and the sauce that comes with it. Sometimes wait times can be a little long, even when there aren't that many people in the café. Presumably because they get a lot of takeout orders and DoorDash orders!I honestly like this spot a lot, it's worth a try. It's far better than any chain! If you're in the area, give it a go.

I love Tea Spot! They have the best handmade taro drinks in Brentwood. My two go-to drinks here are the handmade taro, ( with the best real taro chunks!) and the coconut smoothie ( just soooo good.) They make their drinks not to sweet and their boba is chewy and bouncy. The service is good, other than the fact that it takes a little longer than other boba places, but it's clearly worth it because you can see them make your drink fresh! All in all, I come here because I know that I will be leaving satisfied.

Tea Spot is a Vietnamese drink and small meals cafe in Brentwood . The ambiance is simple, clean, and a little cluttered with two large sofas that is probably used for special events. There are two fairly large tables that are accessible. We ordered two drinks and two Bahn Mi sandwiches.Passion Fruit Smoothie with honey boba - 5/5If there was a higher rating, it would have received it. This drink was very delicious, refreshing and flavor of passion fruit spot on. You cannot order the percentage of sweetness with this drink, but the sweetness was perfect. Definitely a winner!Passion fruit smoothie - 5/5No boba in this drink but results and review is the same as above. Excellent drink with the spot on flavor of passion fruit. Definitely will order again.Brown Sugar iced coconut Milk w/ mango boba - 5/5The flavor was perfect. Excellent drink. Honey boba needed to be made (takes about 10-15 mins), so sub with mango popping boba. The mango popping boba was delicious, but the honey boba wolves matched better. Pork Loin (Roast Pork) Bahn Mi sandwich - 5/5Excellent sandwich. The bread was very delicious. The crunch was perfect and the pork loin and veggie condiments completed the overall flavor just right. I would order this sandwich again.Honey BBQ Pork (Char SIU Pork) sandwich 5/5The char sui made this sandwich pop. The veggie condiments, sauce, along with the delicious bread makes this sandwich excellent.It's great to know that there is a very good Vietnamese bahn mi sandwich cafe that also serves excellent drinks in Brentwood. I highly recommend visiting Tea Spot for a refreshing drink and a sandwich.

I haven't tried anything other than Taro King (15) and the waffle in the past. I've never been disappointed and this is one of the few places that adds taro to the drinks.

Hidden little bobba spot that actually has a banh mi menu! Like real banh mi with pate and pork roll!! Service is fast. Food is fresh. Cant ask for more!
