Absolutely love coming here by the way huge Shout out to the two employees on Nov 23,25 for making me waffles I’m sorry it made a lot of people upset that they had to wait I had ordered 6 waffles & the reason for that was because I live in Turlock no one out here makes those delicious panda waffles My family & I enjoy them so much I had a friend go out there Friday to get me 6 but my kids ate them all so this time I was determined to get me a bunch to enjoy for myself the way the two employees handled the upset customers was very respectful I would like to give them a huge shout out sorry I caused people to be upset but I love your waffles thank you again my apologies these two should be recognized for the amazing team work & respect

Today I had a disappointing experience, I ordered for delivery, 3 oreo, 1 avocado and 1 watermelon slushy, and 1 order is missing, I called them, then they will only tell me to pick up the watermelon slushy, its their fault and they should do something about it. I ask for delivery and now they will tell us to pick it up. Better watch out when you order and ask for delivery. Terrible services! Customer service is super worst!!!!!!

Waited around 40 minutes for three drinks. There was no one at the cashier so we ordered through the kiosk, so once we did they hopped back on the register and everyone that order got their drinks before us. They were very disorganized and did not have a good organization system.

Absolutely loved this drink! I tried their new Redbull-based tea and it totally blew me away. Super refreshing, just the right amount of sweetness, and gave me the perfect energy boost to get through the day. The flavors are well-balanced and not too overpowering — you can really taste the creativity behind it. Definitely a must-try if you're looking for something unique and energizing. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Arrived at 845pm and was told they were not accepting any more orders. Disappointing as customer service was excellent on previous visits. Maybe, change your closing time to 830pm.

Please tell your server to include the straws for doordash orders. We ordered drinks and there were no straws and it happened twice!
Usually order one for me and one order to split for my girls for additional .50 cents which is okay rather than ordering 2 adult size drink that will only go to waste. So I ordered here today and the lady said that they don’t do split anymore which is okay for me. But paying almost $8 for this and not even getting full?? My goodness. I ask the cashier how come it’s not full and she said that’s how they serve it now. Wow.

Product is great, customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They literally ignore you, they WILL NOT take your order manually (I’ve watched people stand in line with cash and they are ignored completely) there is zero urgency for them to make your product. If I could sum it up completely, it’s like stepping into a Gen Z customer service nightmare. Waited 25 minutes for my drink, while I watched them put the cup on the counter and walk away from it to do another task 3 separate times. This generation should not be in customer service. I will not be going back there again, since it’s obvious the store owner doesn’t care about customers.

So good but really sad they do t have theyre popcorn chicken no more heart braking, that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars other wise really nice drinks, before the pendemic it was an amazing place to hang out and play video games, sorry for the 2 stars but if you bring your pop corn chicken I'll give you 10 stars I drive all the way from Fairfiels for that....😪
